Rising Sun would get first place for most effective in killing off Heartless, but the one during Xemnas fight at Skyscraper's View (I think that's what it's called) also gets first place because it looks so cool...(It's basically from Deep Dive but who cares, it still looks cool)

Eternal session is one, also the Escalablade -> Sky Scraper combo and Stunt Dodge. My best one is the Facedown -> Clash/Breakthrough/Finish combo at the skyscraper fight with Xemnas. IT JUST LOOKS AWESOME.

my fav is the one when you are blocking all of those lasers from Xemnas, and it leads to Sora and Riku teaming up for a blast from their Keyblades...

I know like every one is gonna disagree with me but i personally liked the one at the beginning of the game where your roxas and your fighting Axel, I thought the battle scene that created looked AWESOME!

Favorite reaction commands:
1. Any used by Roxas against Twilight Thorn and axel
2. Reversal in general. It looks so cool
3.DUel Stance
4.The one when fighting the Dark Stalker when it throws you bt you swing back and hit him
5.Rising Sun
6.Block(Sephiroth)
7.Reaction command against 1st Xemnas
Lot more but, that's what I can think of of the top of my head
