It's called Rainy Day. I took it on my Kodak Easyshare C300 digital camera, and edited it in the Kodak program. You've probably seen it in my sig.

It is really good, I would only changed a little position of the ring to be more on the left ^^. But this is only my opinion and the pic is really really good!
