I love Death Note, both the anime and the manga. The only problem I ever had with it is that I was watching it in Chinese and Japanese (I hardly understand either of them). And I just learned that my bro's firmly in the grasp of the fanfare of it!

They even made it into a movie... like... movie with real live actors movie.
