i just enjoyed some wonderful hummus (hommos).

the best is made from cooked chickpeas smooshed (garbanzo beans), crushed garlic, tahini (sesame paste), lemon juice and olive oil.

Put in in a pita with greens, or roll it up in flatbread with roasted veggies.
