well i have a poem i wrote on my primary(sp?) account so i thout id post it hear (though im not sure if im aloud to post it hear) i have a few others im working on to if you want to post your poetry go ahead warrning my poems can be depressing but ther just feelings iv had in the past and have observed from those around my my peomes are a bit happier now well anywho hears my poem:
Why do we have hearts?
If they only get broken
Why do we have words?
If most go unspoken

Why do you laugh
When you feel like crying
Why do you live
When you feel like dying

Why should you care
When others do not
Why not just die
Right here on the spot

But listen to me
And I’ll help you see
You’ll cause people hurt
If you're six feet under dirt

So don't give up on livin
When hope is not givin
Cause it hurts to lose
Someone you love
And the only comfort you have
Is that they're watching from above

Just dont give up hope
The pain will go away
And then you can say
"I survived all the falls
Some big some small
And now I find it hard to fear
When all my friends I know are near"

the next two poems i post will be very depresing but thats becaus iv had a lot of bad crap happin to me in seven years that some dont go through in ther whole life so sorry but the dopressingness of it my later ones will be more happyer so hears they are

Fallen angel

there was an angel
Who lived up high
She always loved
To fly and fly

Because flying you see
Was her whole life
But unfortunately
She was destined for strife

For suddenly she fell
And she didn’t know why
She felt like hell
And could no longer fly


Years had passed
And time goes by
Pain kept growing
All she did was cry

Although she cried
She only did it inside
Until each day
She prayed shed die

But no matter her want
She never had the heart
To set herself free
And at last depart

For she knew for a fact
All of her friends
On her they depend
There happiness shed always defend

She lived like this
for many years
till one day she
lost her tears

for she found some one
just like her
he lost his wings
and his heart burned

but in each other
they saw perfection
and needed each other
for redemption

together they healed
and the pain went away
as the layers they pealed
there love grew each day

until one day
their pain they did sever
then each of them knew
they’d love forever

for each was an angel
in the others eyes
and they loved each other
till the worlds demise

hearts

broken hearts
are trying to fly
broken hearts
again they cry

healing hearts
try to survive
healing hearts
still fall and die

broken hearts
feeling pain
broken hearts
going insane

healing hearts
still try to lie
healing hearts are
lost inside

my heart is broken
once again
waiting for
its descend

its tired of healing
its tired of feeling
is tired of all
the emotions reeling

my heart is broken
don't make it try
let it be let it die


this next one is less depressing but not that good

my heart is broken in half
and so is yours
walking down a lonly path
alone our tears pour

i find you
you find me
we both wish
to live happily

you see pain in my
as i see in yours
we smile in recolection
as we start to see more

we see our futer
in each other
we found hope
in one another

now you bring me joy
and i do the same for you
our hearts once filled with hurt and lies
now are filled with love and truth
