While I may appear asinine at time, it would seem that unrequietedCat and I have a good deal in common...
All I can think to add would be the argumentative claim that Satanism is a religion, and is listed in the Army Chaplians book as a religion. A minority religion, and certainly seen as dark (that is just the nature of LHP), but still a genuine religion.

satanism is indeed a religion, but really it's more of a business.. it's founder Anton LeVey even admitted to that fact once in an interview. but then, a lot of churches are businesses these days, tho they'd never admit it. especially the bigger ones.
it is atheism that is not a religion.
