I was thinking about taking French in high school (Since I don't want to learn Spanish or German). Is it hard to learn?

French is a cool language it's not as hard as German is but it's a cool language to learn.

I really love French and I know a few words. I thought it was going 2 be difficult but it wasn't that bad!!!!

illustratinloue French is a cool language it's not as hard as German is but it's a cool language to learn. German's not hard.i taught myself the basics in a week. anyway,go ahead.youll need the credit anyhow,so take something youll be interested in.im taking it next semester ^^

Ca va? (How are you?)
Ca va bien (Good)
Ca va comm ci comm ca (Im doing so-so)
Ca va mal (Im doing poorly)

im currently taking french 1 right now in middle school...so far it's not that hard...but it gets harder...

French is actually considered a ''hard'' language in the whole world. I am french and in my college essay I still usually do around 15 error for each 1000 word. ( Im bad, usually ppl do between 5 and 10) The pronounciation is actually hard for a native english speaker. It is in fact comparable to german and harder then japanese ( which is actually fairly ''simple'' )

i've been studying french for 5 years now and i'ts awesome. but be warned its a fair bit of work. once you get past the basics, all the new rules contradict old rules. But once u learn how to do basic translations and sentence structures you're set!!

French is pretty easy to learn, especially in school. It's not quite as easy as Spanish, and takes a bit more effort, but in the end it's worth it. Everyone speaks Spanish, a lot of my friends take it because it's easy. But! French is the language of love. =]

Salut! Je Suis Anglais! Hi, I Am English.J'adore Francais! I Love French!C'est fantastique! Its Fantastic! (Couldnt Think Up Any Other Word!) I Am Continuing French For GCSEs (Year 10+) After Doing It For 3 Years.
I Did 2 Years Of Spanish, But My Brain Wiped Out Everything I Learnt >_>
So, Now I Remember French.. Its Easier, Aswell!

French is great but I mostly love it cause of my teacher she rules but i took it cause my school doesn't offer German but I eventually wanted to take French
