How to disable Windows Update restart nag

Here is how to get rid of it 3nodding

Move this to the sub in 2-3 days, I want people to actually see this before you move it. xd

I was complaining about this ALOT in Manji's bar.
But I'm afraid to disable it. Like I've said, it's not my computer.
But for future knowledge, it DOES still update when you turn it off/restart even after disabling right? It doesn't disable updates?

i can see where this is helpful, and this may even deserve getting stickie'd, but i honestly haven't gotten a Windows update in AGES!! xD
this problem is virtually non-existant with me. it only happens when i reinstall a program or game and it tells me to restart >_< seriously, that never made any sense to me in the first place to begin with gonk
