As for me well at the moment either a cold glass of water or a hot cup of tea, i have to drink 8 pints of water a day meh one of the stupidest things i have ever done lol.

Yeah I am...I'm about 50-60 lbs over where I should be for my height, according to my doctor. I dunno about you, but I call that being overweight wink

so lol doctors are assholes pretty much lol they like to make others feel bad because there educated or at least the ones down here are. i was told i was over weight and needed to go on a diet when i was 8 months pregnant well duh lol course i am going to be that way lol.

try drinking lots of water i am doing it to flush my body through since being pregnant plus i am always dehydrated at the moment so it helps.

uh i don't eat because my dad freaks out if i eat whilst surfing teh net. so i eat my brekkie and snackies and lunck and din-din downstairs....

Usually a bag of crisps, an ice cream or a yoghurt. Oh, and you can't forget the drink. domokun
