Im suprised nobody has mentioned my purple Start bar or whatever....

Start Bar looks like the normal gray one from Win95 for me.

Yeah I chose the old one instead of the modern one. You can get more colors.

It's possible to make it black and have the fonts white right?

I use lots of programs to change theme and stuff... I do want that transparency program though eek I'm running a Toshiba Satellite Laptop with windows XP OS

Use Imageshack. They may be a pain in the a** to get things uploaded to, (I had to wait ages before I could post the Chobits desktop I showed) but at least they don't auto-resize.

If you have a PC:

right click
choose properties
go to desktop
pick new pic.
enjoy.
