hey does anyone know why if someone posts about anime why everyone jumps down their throat about how they don't like it. whenever you're just trying to talk to people who like the same thing?

People think their opinions matter more than others so the feel they must profess their hate of something just because they can. Thats the exact reason I avoid the music and anime forums. I never say something sucks, I only dislike.

[ S o u l ] People think their opinions matter more than others so the feel they must profess their hate of something just because they can. Thats the exact reason I avoid the music and anime forums. I never say something sucks, I only dislike. I'll say no more. Though I personally kind of get bored of seeing loads of threads about certain Anime series. But I just ignore it, because its not a thread for me.
I don't even post on Gaia's main sections, anyway. XD

The reason they bash it is because everyone who is new to the forum decides to make a topic, "Let's talk about anime" or something like that, because they cannot seem to actually form an actual topic discussing anime. This goes hand in hand with the trillions of "Let's discuss Naruto", and I'm just using Naruto as the most generic topic, threads and why people get bashed in those too. They're mostly just sick and tired of seeing the same threads each and every day, and so they put it upon themselves to rid the forum of all the new people who will ask these questions by bashing them until they leave.

I always state my opinion on personal base I don't generalize like "I hate it, so you have to hate it too!", it is called the categoric imperative.
I always try to state my opinion literate.

In the anime section here as i run it if i see threads where people are trying to force it onto others or being asses in there, it is closed, moved and there warned as there is no need to be a a** expecially when it comes to things like games and animation. seriously those who do go "ZOMG ITS THE BOMB AND ANYONE ELSE WHO SAYS IT AINT FECK OFF" really do make me laugh, GET A LIFE. no one cares if you have a fetish for sailor moon or something like that if we don't then we don't, they sound like there trying to make a cult when they make threads like that lol.
hehe i am a cow when they make the threads lol
