Down on the street, earthbound in contrast to the characters above his head, a very dirty man staggered around, accosting passerby with his heartfelt, if not eloquent warnings. Without fail, the poor souls he was trying to save would push him away, and often curse him while doing so. Maybe his stench, that of filth and especially garlic, contrasted with the exotic undertone of an orchid at his chest. It could be the dirty gloves, several fingertips missing and generally caked with dirt, they always left marks where he grabbed those he wanted to save. He certainly wasn't a very impressive package, wrapped in that filthy cape he salvaged from the garbage, although to his credit they did nearly match the drab pants he'd rescued from a charity handout.
If one were to pick the strangest thing about him, it would be a tough decision between how he hid his face behind a children's Halloween mask and paper bag, that his coat was brand-new and adorned with a flower as compared to the rest of the garbage he wore, or the complete nonsense he acted as though he were on a mission to spout.
"It's near! The end is so near all my brothers! Sisters! Only a month to live! The streets won't run red with blood, no, death will be cold and pallid under the white moonlight!"
