the things are 136$ in reality. The good wanna be's are abput 90$ I'm straight forward and working my a** to get one.

Anyhow- if it's a cosplay you're looking for, I don't know of any sites that sell accurate enough coats.
If you're looking for an avatar, you can look around this guild (there are plenty of people trying to cosplay a coat) or petition for one. xD

Not only is it scam, but it's also illegal to sell stuffs over in Gaia just for Gaia gold or cash too.
