I'm certain you're all wondering where I've been. Maybe, by some random chance, you visit some of the same boards I do, and have seen me. Perhaps by an even creepier coincidence, you live in the same town as me, and have seen me wandering about aimlessly (as I often do). I can't say that I have a lot on my plate right now; indeed my plate is relatively clear. I've been doing a lot of thinking as to what direction my life is going to go in, in addition to a bit of job hunting. Apart from that, my life primarily consists of what it consisted of a year ago; entertaining myself with whatever was available. No, I suppose the reason you haven't seen me a lot is because I've hit the the point that we must all eventually hit; I'm starting to lose interest in this site. Now now, it's got nothing to do with you. I love you peoples. But I'm just finding less and less reason to come here. I left for a little while and was thrown out of the loop, and getting back in has proven more difficult than anticipated. Rest assured, this is by no means an announcement of my retirement from Gaia (Gaiatirement?). Just an explanation as to my lack of presence online.

Because they're evil! Man theyre evill at my uni, those damn security officers telling me i cant have my lollies in the library! i didnt even have any of their books near me! And the packet was empty already! Manus...

And the packet was empty already! Manus... Can't have your what? They block a ton of websites at my school, too, even in the dorms because they're on-campus. I'm surprised Gaia isn't among them. They block pornography, Youtube, Myspace, Anonymizers, and any inappropriate content.

The nightmare begins when you close the door.
You sat in your angry chair and just tried to be you.
I know a bunch of people in my town who live on campus who would be HIGHLY pissed off if those sites were blocked. Some of them would die if they couldn't check Myspace everyday.
Anyways. Back to the topic at hand. I'm decently new to this guild and I don't know you, personally, Shaz, but I hope to see you around sometime soon. Obviously, everyone has missed you. ^-^

They were natural company ones and they tested even better in the library!! scream  I dont think anything is blocked at uni. U just get into heap big trouble if you get caught looking at porn or illegally down loading music. But all other sites like myspace etc are fine. Hell, its our internet credit on there, we can do what we want with it. Except eat lollies in the library scream

its because gaia is dull at the moment. I mean lets face it, if there are no people on or no interesting topics to discuss, your options are troll for gold, play jigsaws and try to buy new things. It gets old...
