Ok, I put this in the main forum on gaia awhile ago and had no takers, so now I'm trying it here. I'm looking for someone that would like to do a traditional pencil sketch with shading (maybe charcoal) for my signature. I want a big gloved hand, holding a screaming head/skul, that's made out of sand. Now the trick is, I want to be able to look at the face and see two things, a look of pure aggonny and dispair, and that it's clearly made out of sand. I'm going to start out offering 3k, but that's mainly because I don't know what the asking price for this kind of stuff is, I haven't been on gaia for that long. But if someone wants to take the job and does commishs' for a set price just let me know. And if I bump this for awhile and still get no takers I'll up the price.

could probably do you some awesome-cool photo-manip if you were interested in that??
Sorry i can't draw well enough to warrant 3k, but my photoshop skills are somewhat better ??

I don't know, I'm not really looking for a modified picture or anything. I'd like a shaded sketch, or a good charcoal pic. You think you can do something like that?

yeaahhh. you may've seen the rest of my gallery, I'm not so great with a pencil at all!!
but i have a friend who is ace at that, I'll talk to her tomorrow & see if she's interested?!?!

Ok, well if she can't I'd like to see how you plan on tackeling this. When I started searching for this piece I thought it'd look best traditionally done, but perhaps you can pull it off your way.

I might be able to give this a shot. I'd prefer digital media since I don't haveta scan things that way, but pencil does add a bit more to the shading.

Just PM me if you want the art done, with the description of what the art you want is. Is the hand made out of sand too, or just the face?
I usually charge more than 3k for pretty much any of my arts, but since you're a guildie, I'm sure I could work for that razz
