Wrong forum.
For quests, ex: dream avatas, you post a topic in the Merchant Forum.
Then in the post for the topic, you detail what you need or post your avatar with item list included.
To give, go to a topic there and see what they need as their post says.
Then you donate.
We don't need to give gold to someone to give gold to someone else really.
We wanna donate, can't we just donate to someone on our own?
It's a lot easier (and quicker) than giving to a person who'll give to the other person.
Also, we tend to frown upon double posting.
