In the year of the Dragon, there was a young girl who fell in love with a soldier. The man was handsome, kind, but very poor, and the girl's parents wouldn't let her marry him before he went to war. Determined to stay with him, the girl posed as a man and joined the military. The boy never knew, and he was killed in battle. The girl was mortified, and, determined to be with him, went to the general and exposed herself as a woman, and women weren't allowed in the millitary. The girl was executed.

Now, many years later, the girl and boy have been reincarnated in modern Tokyo....
