so anyways I was looking to see how you would go about questing for items. for instance i am looking to get a full set of ninja gear but i don't know where to go for the quests. do you know where I should go?

ninja gear? quests? You confuse me >.< I think you are confused- people refer to "questing for something" when they mean they are saving up for a certain item. So to get your ninja gear you need to quest (save up) for it so you can buy it. I dont think there are any specific event or quest that you can do at the moment that will give you ninja gear

Maybe you should try tek tek for your dream avi. It's sorta how I got my questing for gold in my sig.
