People should probably have a wishlist up on their profile, otherwise we won't know what to give them. Just a suggestion. biggrin

EDIT: oh, and to give a gift regularly, just buy something from anywhere like normal. Then go to your inventory (by clicking your avatar) and click the item, and it will ask if you want to give it as a gift.

it doesn't matter if you're "actually doing this" if you just give something small that you don't want anymore. It's nicer to give them something they actually want.
Or if they have an expensive wishlist then guess based on the type of things they have on there. Don't just give random junk.
