Do dvd works out count as exercise?

And do they help people out a lot?
I have done a few and they helped.
But I wonder if they do help out a lot more than if going to a gym.

Going to a gym is a waste of money. There's nothing you can do at a gym that you can't do at home and get the same results.

The work out videos yea, they help, as long as your actually doing the workout and not just watch it. dramallama

Do they help more than going to a gym, probably, it all depends on what your working on. But like I said earlier, there isn't a need to waste money on going to a gym. 3nodding
