Edit; I found it more easy to have multiple shops open, with each specialized in one design. At the moment there are two others. One devoted to Black Mesa, and the other with Portal's cake.

The special design at the moment is called 'Eye Heat' but there are a few Black Mesa, Aperture Science related items.
Another thing, they get most of the money from the stuff sold. At least thats what I think. I only get a small percentage.
