Glitch or Normal??

Okay this happened to me back when i got the game.

I used fly to attack a wild pokemon and while in fly the pokemon attacked me sucesfully...

Is this a glitch or normal?? I can't recall the pokemon but i know it was a low lvl pokemon, cause i killed it with fly after it attacked me

It can happen. Some attacks are capable of hitting a pokemon when they use fly. In addition, I believe a No Guard Machop/Machoke/Machamp would also be able to hit you.

It isn't a glitch... it's fine... though I hate it... it's too irritating to deal with...

So yeah... only some can do such a thing like that...

Thunder can hit a Pokemon while it's flying...Swift used to be able to. I don't remember the rest off the top of my head, but there are a few others.
