Cheap[er, more easily attainable, not necessarily better.
But, You could wear the Dark Halo (Tail) while earning gold for the Devil Tail.
Since the Dark halo is another donation item, it's price will increase, yeilding you a better result than merely having gold and earning 30 million gold for the Tail.
