Basically given 2 words you have to make a silly, funny headline. Then you pick two words and the next person has to make a headline.
Example:
Person 1 makes a headline and pick two words from that headline.

Then the next person take those two words and thinks of things related to those two words. He or She then make the next funny headline.
Person 2

As you can see Jesus is related to heaven and Several is related to number. Person has wisely made the related words bold so there is no confusion.
The next person does the same thing. They think of things related to those 2 words above and make the next silly headline.
