Snuggy's First Presidential Thread!
McCain or Obama?
And why?
I personally think Obama because i think he makes better choices when it comes to the Iraq war, and economical choices. McCain gets mad very easily... and he could cut-off trade to a different country just because they got him mad. Now, if something happened to McCain, Sarah Palin would take over (ugh) and she has no worldwide politicial knowledge whatsoever.
What do you think?

I'm just waiting for the damn election to be over - it has dominated way too many things... INCLUDING GAIA gonk
But if I could vote, it would most likely be for Obama. Why? #1 - I hate Sarah Palin. #2 - I don't really think McCain will do anything in office and it'll just be the same crap as Bush. #3 - I hate Sarah Palin. #4 - Obama's tax plan is beneficial to my family and if you're making over 250k, I don't pity you at all. #5 - I hate Sarah Palin. #6 - McCain's VP-pick was only because Palin has a v****a. #7 - I hate Sarah Palin. #8 - Obama simply intrigues me, I find him to be a very interesting man and enjoyed reading about his family. #9 - I hate Sarah Palin. #10 - Did I mention that I hate Sarah Palin?

If i could vote it would be Obama. He seems to have better plans for the war and on our economy. His tax plan also benefits my family. Another thing is that McCain seems to play "i was in a war" card way too much. Last but not least if McCain keeled over we would have a very stupid chick as president and if Obama was assassinated we would have a very good person to take over after him.

Neither of them, to be honest. I just have this bad feeling that either one of them would screw up the country bigtime somehow. Nothing to do with their policies, mind you.
I just don't like politicians. At all. Can't trust them.

Yes, you mentioned that you hate her 6 times. I do also think McCain chose her just to get the Hillary Clinton fans, but he completely failed.

To cover your "If I was..." bases, if I were an American and could vote, mine would go for Obama. I'll not claim to know huge amounts of either party, but McCain just acts like an a*****e. But I guess that's politics, huh? Shows the true colours of old gits. 3nodding That, and I think he'd be worse than Bush. If that's possible. Let's not try it, to find out.
I'd find it hard seeing anyone vote for him; if he wins; especially by a landslide, no doubt it was rigged. *nods*
Now I'll go away, because my opinion in American Politics is worth about as much as my opinion in any political situation! =D *doesn't even follow his own country's politicians*
