How long does it take for the Mods to give your stuff back?

How long do you have to wait for the Mods give you back your stolen gold and items? I have at least tried it about ten times filling out a Report A Hack form and nothing has ever happened yet. Not once.
Any suggestions?

it could take months.
And when they get back to you, its not certain you get your items back.

If you fall for a scam, i dont think you get your items back, at all.

And to send in multiple reports on the same matter is only slowing the process, and making you look bad.

...stain the glass with windows, extortionate and cold stare...
