Guy's she is more like a small sister to me,i've known her for 2 years now,i even had 3 fights for her,and if you met her you will know why i am afraid..she looks so beautifull and she is so innocent that she dosent even swear except on rare occasions, add to that she is 13 years old. I am still trying to convince myself that it is not her but...It really is her, same eyes, same hair, same nickname, the only thing i hope for is that i am wrong about this issue, maybe she saw another girl that looks exactly like her and just wanted to show off maybe ,or she photoshopped it. And i can't confront her or talk about it with her, what if i was wrong?what if it was not her and i told her it is you? guys please help me? I really need a good advice about it

Well you won't know if it's her unless you talk to her. Seriously, she's a minor, warn someone. If it's not her than you're helping her by letting her know that someone is using her image for that, it does happen. But you HAVE to speak with her. If you're afraid of her reaction nothing will get done and then what's the point? Just confront her already, let her know about how you found that web page and saw her. If she's a saint as you say then that's not her then, but if it is, you'll have to let her parents know. They'll get mad at her and most likely severely punish her, but it's for the best. I did say it was her choice, but the girl is under age! Her parents need to handle this.
If you're worried that she'll get mad at you, then think about it. Isn't that better than her getting into a bigger mess later on? Just make sure it's contained between you and her parents and that no one else finds out. That way at least she'll be save from further pain.
It might not even come to that, that might not be her and just someone who took her picture and used it for that. Just speak.

Something similar to this situation happened to me, except I was on the other end of it...I found my face photoshopped onto a body that wasn't mine...a naked one at that. O_o When I saw it I was pretty upset and I let the website know that it needed to be taken down, and they did take it down. If one of my friends had seen that first I would want them to tell me, and not just be upset by it and maybe think things about me that aren't true. I'm sure that's how your friend would feel too.
If it's a doctored photo of her then she probably be very upset to see herself online like that. But, you never know, people do sometimes lead double-lives. And if it is her naked, she is a minor, and that is very, very dangerous. I think you should go to her parents, or like Entropy said, write them a letter with the picture printed out. Explain that it may or may not be her and that it might be a digitally altered photograph, so that they don't jump to conclusions. Either way it's important that they know because this is their child, and if something happened to her and they never found out about this it would be on your guilty conscience.
