Do to various reasons, I was very very giddy today. This led me to make some unwise choices:
1) Explain geometry-class-style proof that Jesus is Santa to a Christian classmate.
2) Waste time listening to video game sound effects on repeat instead of studying for a test.
3) Make plans to read fanfiction in ASCII during Spanish class.
4) Waste time reading other fanfiction instead of studying for a test.
5) Execute preparations for previously mentioned plan.
6) Make a random topic instead of studying for a test.
What do you do when you're giddy/hyper? Have you performed some... questionable actions? Do you regret this?
And because I don't want to make a thread for it, can you help me study for that test by explaining the following problem to me?
"An airplane flying faster than sound sends out waves that form a cone. The cone intersects the ground to form a hyperbola. As this hyperbola passes over a particular point on the ground, a sonic boom is heard at that point. If θ is the angle at the vertex of the cone, then sin(θ/2) = 1/m where m is mach number for the speed of the plane. The mach number is the ratio of the speed of the plane and the speed of sound. Find θ if m = 3/2"
We went over it during class but there was like no explanation for the answer. Gah.
