[Chunnin exams] Luo vs Vrail

Vrail entered, thinking to himself. He was thinking of Aki, his mind was now always thinking of her. He sighed softly as a mild breeze hit his face, blowing through his white hair. He scanned the area and looked for Luo. He hadn't any idea who his opponent was or what his abilities were, so he took a defensive stance preparing for an attack.

Luo walked in casually clutching at the handle for the rain village umbrella given to him by his mother that rested on his back. As he neared the middle, he looked at Vrail. "Hey, I just wanna say good luck. May the best man win." Luo then smiled and gave a snake stance to prepare his Ushio style pressure point technique.

Vrail bowed, as he pulled out his chakra blades "Yes... may good fortune come to both of us." he said as he lit his blades with his White Chakra. He vanished from his spot, to right behind Luo. He swung a fist at Luo, with his Chakra extending off the blades.

As soon as he vanished, Luo flipped backwards, predicting Vrail's use of speed. During his flip, Luo threw three kunai right under him where Vrail was.

((My bad I wrote that you hadn't dodged. My Bad!))

Vrail quickly vanished again, coming up behind Luo. He sliced at his back. He was well away from the kunais he had thrown!

Luo hunched over and used his metal umbrella to block the attack. While hunching, Luo made handsigns and grabbed Vrail's blade stating, "Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) !" As he did this, the electrical current traveled from Vrail's metal blades, to his body.

Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Vrail felt the zaps of the electrical current running through him. He quickly noticed he had Luo under him, so he pulled his chakra blades away and brought a them down at Luo's back.

 

[Luo1304]

((Not auto-hitting! It just makes sense. If Vrail is hitting him with metal blades, and Luo uses that jutsu and his umbrella to block, either way he's going to get zapped. And Luo's umbrella pretty much covers up his whole back since it's upside down with the handle up in the air. So hitting his back isn't really going to affect him.))

Luo ducked down, and swept at Vrail's feet in order to either trip him, or at least prevent him from following through with his attack.

((Must be a special umbrella to have a White Chakra Blade not affect it. Seriously the White Chakra makes it way sharper than just regular chakra. But It did make sense... even though I could have pulled easily away from you trying to grab them.))

Vrail saw the leg swept coming and jumped backwards. Retreating was the only choice, for now. After and fair distance he changed his way of attacking. He quickly put his hands together, completing handsigns "Grass Clones Jutsu." he said as he created 6 of them. They spread out and started to circle Luo.

((I knew white chakra made you faster, but I didn't know it made your blade sharper. Sorry about that.))

Luo sighed and made one other clone. "Water clone jutsu." As Luo and his water clone stood back to back, They both pulled out three shuriken, and threw them at the six clones. Luo used the Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill) to improve the speed and accuracy of his throws with the added wind chakra effect.

Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon.

Some of the grass clones dispersed after being it with a couple Shuriken, but 3 were with Vrail as they circled Luo. Then they charged, 2 of the Vrails from the air on the west and east side, 2 of the Vrails from the ground on the north and south side. He was going for the Ambush.

Luo grinned a bit. "Gotchya. Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind)." Instantly, a whirlwind appeared around Luo. Whatever would come near him, would get stuck in the armor, or poof if it was a clone. Luo's clone stood close to him and took out three senbon, attempting to throw them at Vrail if he was apart of the armor, spinning around.

Name: Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind)
Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

Vrail's clones dispersed when hitting the Wind Armour. He quickly jumped up into the pulling out some kunais with paper bombs on them and threw them at the Armour.

As the bombs hit the tornado, they became apart of it, exploding with no harm to Luo. Luo made a few handsigns and held his hand in the air towards where Vrail was. "Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)." Instantly, a quick lightning bolt shot out at Vrail. Luo ran under him, waiting for him to have to land and end up stuck in the armor.
