1. Make the pics you want to animate.
2. Either download Photoscape or go to Lunapic.com. I'd reccomend Photoscape. It's a lot faster and easier to use.
3. Animate.
4. ???
5. Profit!
The quality of animations usually depends on if you placed everything correctly, if the pics are the same size, and the thing you're animating. It's a lot of work, but it's well worth it!
