I use to watch anime a lot in the past... but you've watched more than me actually O.o I've been enjoying anime for four years... and you've seen more than me. Yet, I'm very picky, and if an anime doesn't interest me in the first three episodes, I drop it. I usually read the manga though, since it's usually farther than the anime. Many manga I read isn't an anime though.
But, some of the anime I did enjoy include:

Ouran High School Host Club
Gakuen Alice (I think art's better in manga)

I've watched these fully: Kanon Air Cowboy Bebop Gurren Laggon Outlaw Star Wolfs Rain Watching: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya To many others to remember Manga's read: 20th/21st Century Boys Tsubasa Chronicles Ichigo 100% Love Hina (I've read this one like 6 or so times I love it!) more... there are a hole lot that I cannot remember atm but when I do I shall post them!

I really don't watch anime, I read manga, mainly because I prefer the originals due to the fact that I hate it when a book and a show are different..;.. (Ouran High School Host Club is a great example of that, to say that the anime is based off of the manga is a complete lie, they're basically two different things)
