I'm not really a newbie, but I was wondering, how do you get the very white skin?

There are a few ways to get white skin.
There is white body dye,
which is expensive.
Uncanny Form has snow leaopard skin and ice skin,
both of which are white.
It's probably not exactly what you're thinking.
But the price isn't too bad.
For just the face you can use white clown makeup.
For just the hands you can use white medical gloves.

Or there is the vampire skin, its kinda grey but you do get some awesome fangs xd

items > select 'skins' in the drop down menu called 'item type',
and select 'white / gray' in the colours drop down menu.

Lets not forget the masterpieces, that also have a white skin. The eye options are quite limited thou.

And the lotus, but that white skin has some blue streaks in it.

The Alruna has a light purple skin that can be taken for white in certain outfits.

Most of the white skin items have already been addressed; the best option is to follow that TekTek link, see what different special skins you can find, and then you can see the price of each one there as well. Most of the skin options will be quite pricey, but some are worse than others.
