One guy gave out dental floss and toothbrushes, which I always looked forward to. I don't really remember anything else that was weird, though.

That sucks Tsuji, I was never allowed to as well because it was forbidden by the church my parents went to. That's why I always dress up now. This year I'm going as Roland.

As far as the weirdest thing I ever got trick or treating, I would have to say it would be my Sega Genesis. My neighbor gave it to me xd

I don't think I've gotten anything weird. Maybe the weirdest to me was the freestylin' candy that wasn't in a wrapper or plastic baggy.

Arc says he got carrots once.

I think, if I ever started giving the kids stuff when I'm on my own, I would buy a crap load of apples and give them caramel apples. Nevermind.

We have something like 150 stuffed Halloween bats, so children will be giving those along with candy.

two years ago, i got my house broken into... then caught the bastards who broke in next door... it was nice... felt sorry for thier mom... thier mom works so hard by herself only to get her oldest sons to steal money from her purse and from other people... i just found out that they just got out of state prison just recently...

I'm not interested in trick-or-treating these days, but one time I got a gummy krabby patty. Came with a two buns, a patty, lettuce, but no pickles!!!!

Ok mine has a bit of backstory attached so sit back and pull up some popcorn.

I went trick-or-treating with my sister and a BUNCH of her friends. I was MAYBE 14 at the time. My sisters friends were all above or nearing the 18 year mark. We walked up to a VERY decorated house that SCREAMED candy-galore. The old lady who opened the door looked over us all and said she would not serve most of our group and sent them away singling ME and one of my sisters friends (Angee) saying that WE were YOUNG enough to have her "treats" She then handed us one WALNUT apiece.

About that time I busted up laughing RIGHT in front of her and said. "You do realize that I'll be giving this nut to my sister over there, (I pointed to my sister waiting patiently at the curb) And Angee here is 23."

Angee was a very small person. Totally in proportion but just... small. And the really crappy thing is that there was NO way to get the walnuts OPEN xd

One year, I was delighted by an old woman who had personally knitted dozens of little green frog purses stuffed with candy for trick-or-treaters. I've still yet to see a more considerate goody... That old woman's one in a million~. I made her a card the next Halloween as a thank you.
