i saw this in one of the other guilds i'm in and it was a big hit and it really help people so i thought that this is the best place to post something like this......

well.....neway this is how it goes one person posts then the next person to post will rate that person and say what they dislike/like about the avi......and so on......and yes this is more than just a place to rate....you can chat here too but still make a habit of rating the person above you please.....
