I just looked at my bank account online today and saw that FIVE HUNDRED ******** DOLLARS was taken out by someone. Not just someone but a collection company!

I can't cover rent.
I can't get tires put on my car.
I can't even buy myself winter stuff now.

I'm ******** I'm going to a lawyer, because I'm pretty damn sure what they did was illegal.

I feel like vomiting.

I believe that is completely illegal.
Including if they did not go through you first nor get a confirmation they could remove the amount from your bank account. It's smart that you get a lawyers opinion on the matter. Cause in all my experience, whenever someone goes into YOUR bank account without asking you first -- it's a crime. Even if it is a collection agency. They should have called you first to either warn you that "If you don't do x, x will happen." Even if they did, it's wrong for them to take the money and leave you wondering where it went when you have other things that need to be paid.

I have a ton of research to do tonight, I KNOW that there are 2 illegal things happening. One they touched my ******** account, and 2, I believe my bank gave them my information. Both are HIGHLY illegal! Called Visa to find out what happened and of course they know s**t all. So Monday I go to my bank, talk to a lawyer and I have to call OW as well and let them know about this.

Turns out I may or may not have signed something that says should I default they can take money when they see it in my account.

Next step: Get the original documents and see what the ******** I signed.
