I've always been one to rate avatars, I try to help with item suggestions but sometimes I really don't know what to tell you. You could have a really good avatar, or I might think your avatar is just something generic and should be changed completely.

As for myself, I am an item whore and dress my avi however I please. That's why I don't care to be rated, I have fun and that's that.
