Welcome to Guild Guide!

This is a basic guide to the entire guild, here is where almost everything you as a new member need to know about the function of Shinobi Strike. Including but not limited to: rules, ranks, combat, and much much more.

First off, a little about the guild itself:

Shinobi strike is a concept guild created by Sin Infekt. He has at one point in time or another lead some of the most popular Naruto guilds on Gaiaonline.com. These would include Hidden Villages, Naruto Ultimate Roleplay, and Shinobi wars, the last of which was his own creation. These were all done on other accounts, or user names. For a little more about Shinobi Strike itself. Sin, also known as Dizzy was very tired of regular Naruto guilds, such as the children proteges, the low verity of customization, and the seemingly never ending line of people who use super canon characters. This is Shinobi Strike, home of the ninja reform.

Rules!

First rule, obey every Moderator in this guild.
No god modding, no auto hitting, no cybering, these will result in disciplinary actions being taken against you.
You must follow all of Gaiaonline.com's T.O.S!
If your Rpc dies, you must post telling us so, one so that we may remove anything that they own, summons, bloodlines, etc, and two so that you may make a new rpc.
You do not know where anyone is, do not assume, your rpc doesn't know where and who has demons. This goes for Akatsuki as well.
Everyone in this guild will start out as a Genin, with no exception. You will rank up as you go. You will start with academy jutsu and nothing else.
With the addition to that rule, follow all ranking rules in this guild.
If your profile is not posted, to us you do not exist, so I suggest you keep it in a safe place. Use the Guild Profile forum if you'd like to keep your characters situated in the guild.
You must be active in the guild, inactivity is as good as a tattoo saying ban me.
Other than contests, you will not be able to make your own bloodlines, or summons in the guild.
No auto killing anyone, you will fight, or you will not ever kill anyone. This is a serious matter, and if broken will be given serious consequences. That being said, no god-moding to keep your character alive simply because you don't want them to die.
You may create your own jutsu, but you will have to have it reviewed by a member of the crew, whose job it is.
Characters will be human, unless a bloodline allows some type of exceptions. This may be changed in the near future.
Weapons, you may use them, but nothing over board: I.E guns, and anything that has not been seen in Naruto.
Do not post topics that deal with complaints of any sort. If you have one, report it to the Court.
If you plan on leaving the guild, please do so quietly, no big topics. If you need to be demoted, please ask the guild Captain to do so.
Stealing, or the direct copying of anything from this guild, or any other, will bring immediate actions against you, including the direct contact of a Gaiaonline admin. If you steal you will be Auto banned. If you wish to use something in this guild merely contact the Captain (if it belongs to the Captain) or to the Court, where the party whom the information belongs to will be contacted in a formal setting to ensure that record is kept of events.

Ranks!

These are the standard ranks that the guild allows, you must proceed in the order given: With three exceptions. (1) Your a kage, and you must be able to rank as so. (2) You are auto-promoted to the rank of Anbu [jounin] because the village is in need of one such person, only one may be auto ranked. (3) You win a special contest in the guild in which you are promoted one rank, these contests are rare, but do happen. These are the only exceptions allowed in this guild.

Ninja Academy Student:
Ninja Academy students are taught the basic jutsu skills. Once they have mastered the needed skills, they are able to graduate and become actual ninja. However if the new Genin do not impress their Jounin sensei, they can be sent back to the Academy for further training.

Genin:
Genin are the lowest of ninja skill levels. They possess a knowledge of all the basic ninja skills and will do lower C & D rank missions with their Jounin sensei. Once the Genin has successfully undertaken eight missions, they can be sponsored by their Jounin sensei for the Chuunin Exam.

Chuunin:
The Chuunin is the basic journeyman ninja of the village. These ninja can become field doctors or teachers. They were formerly Genin who were promoted for displaying excellent intelligence, strategy and combat skills in the Chuunin Exam. Chuunin have the equivalent rank of military captain, exhibiting strong stamina, knowledge and inner wisdom.

Jounin:
The Jounin are ninja who are highly skilled in all jutsu skills and arts. Ninja attain the rank of Jounin through official appointment. The Jounin generally serve as squad commander for mission operations.

Kage:
The village Kage is the strongest ninja in the hidden village. The Kage serves as the pillar upon which the village stands and the strength a village presents to the other ninja countries largely depends upon the strength of the Kage in power. They have excellent chakra and stamina and know the most jutsu techniques. Only the Five Great Shinobi Countries are allowed to call their head ninja by the Kage name.

Sannin:
There exists a level of ninja who are of Kage level, but who are not presently a village Kage. This may be because of personal preference or the onset of aging. There are only three highly skilled ninja known as the Legendary "Sannin," or Legendary "Three Ninja". The members of Akatsuki are also generally at this level as well. Legendary Sand puppet master kunoichi Chiyo of Hidden Sand could be considered near this level. Ninja of this level usually leave their villages behind to seek their own ambitions. There will only be three of these in the entire guild. This may change later.

Side Ranks!

A.N.B.U. : Jounin Side rank
The ANBU, meaning "dark side" is actually short for Ansatsu Senjutsu Tokushu Butai (literally Assassination Tactics Special Military Force). The ANBU work directly under the leadership of the Hokage. This specialized ninja battalion generally work in groups of four to five. They are responsible for assassinations and missions requiring highly trained ninjas. The masks the members wear are based around the signs of the zodiac.

Elite Tutor : Jounin Side Rank
These special elite teachers tutor Jounin level ninjas to further refine their skills. The Elite tutor can also serve as the personal teacher to relatives of the kage.

Special Jounin : Jounin Side Rank
Special Jounin are ninjas who have gained high Jounin-level skills in one area of ninja arts. These are ninja like Morino Ibiki, who is highly skilled at interrogation and torture. Ninja attain the rank of Special Jounin through official appointment. This is not an increase in skill or power, but a branch off of Jounin.

Hunter Ninja : Chuunin and Above
These shinobi hunters search for ninja who have abandoned their village. Nicknamed the "Undertaker Squad" they have a high knowledge in physiology to further their killing abilities. Once they kill their target, they will dispose of the body without a trace. This is because a ninja's body has within it secrets of the village's ninjutsu, chakra types, herbs and other information about the village. They will then take the head back to the Hidden Village as proof of their kill.

Medical-Nin : Any Rank
These specialized ninja are responsible for the health and well being of ninja injured in battle. Specially trained medical ninja such as Inuzuka Hana can also help the skilled animals which fight for the villages also.

Aging System!

Unlike any other Naruto guild before us, we introduce our completely customized aging system. This will allow for maximum customization of a character as well as the ability to have a realistic timing simulation. One month in real time, is equal to three months in rp time. Meaning that after four months of real time, you are one year older that you originally were. This will allow the chaining of personality, images, and all around concepts of your character.

Rules:
You must age one year, every four months of real time.
Unless you have a bloodline that ages you slowly you must change your appearance to something a bit older every four years in Rp.
No one is allowed to be "Immortal" and not age.
Demon hosts age slower than normal humans, and it takes six months real time for them to age one year.

Ranking System!

This is the system in which one will follow when ranking. Other than the Kage, or village leader each village will be allowed to promote a person to anbu. This is done by the kage's choosing.

All members will start off as Genin. In this guild there are no auto-ranks, even with time-skips (if such things occur). After villages are further established the idea of Chuunin and Jounin Exams might come forth, but until then nothing will exist other than the Experience System.

Rules:
Unless told otherwise members of the guild will start off at Genin.
No Autoranks will be allowed, including Kage or A.N.B.U.
At anytime you feel your kage simply does not like you, you may take the matter before the Court. Though you must have some sort of proof that you are being treated by preference.

Combat Rules!

Combat is a very touchy thing within the guilds of Gaia, and especially when it comes to roleplaying. When roleplaying there is such thing as an "Honor Code" in which a lot of people bide by, and it allows one to block and dodge as long as its not to the point of godmodding, and they also can let themselves be hit. This is a special code this guild is going to be run by, so do not overuse or abuse this code, as it is a privilege, not a rule.

Rules:
This Honor Code is a good and bad thing. This allows one to dodge and avoid hits, but also can result in an easy godmod. Because of this, one must get hit ones or at least be surprised during fighting, as nobody is a god. Exceptions are if a Kage is fighting a genin or chuunin, and sometimes a jounin, in which their skill level is far beyond the under ranked member.
If a fight occurs in which two people disagree on a subject please go and contact the ViceCaptain[ 2 ] or ViceCaptain[ 4 ] for the final decision.
If you abuse this code, your RPC will be killed off, you will not be allowed a bloodline, and you will lose your demon if you have one. This will ensure that nobody takes advantage of the guild.
Please be respectful with this fighting style, fights are not wanted and can lead to members leaving and that is something nobody wants.

Destruction Rules!

Destruction is a powerful aspect of the Naruto Universe, in which destroying a tree to destroying an entire village from variety of severity and the importance of one's own being. Destroying a village is important to rogues, villages, and sometimes to help a person on a mission in order to exceed expectations. Though destroying a village gates and destroying the village are completely different, they both bide by the same fellow rules, in which involved an opening post, a fighting posts, destruction post, and a closing post which may end up in a flee, a walk in, or something creative a person could think of and possible enhance the situation.

Rules:
When destroying the gates of the village, one must open with a "Opening/Entering" post. This is a post in which the person shows their RPC, and allows someone else to see/recognize someone is there. After that a person must post a "Attack" post, this is the post that in turn can destroy the gates. If the Attack post is blocked, one can try continuously to destroy them until success, in which they can then put "Destroyed" in the name of the Forum after the name of the area that was destroyed, to allow people to see it has had damage done.
Like destroying the gates, one must do the same process. When an area is destroyed, the person can contact a moderator to change the name of the area to have the destroyed name after its normal name. Once it is destroyed, people must clean and repair the area.
Once a place is destroyed, the only way to get the tag removed that it is gone and disturbed, is by taking a minimum of ten posts in order to repair AND clean the area. This will make people take care of their villages and thus provide people with missions in order to take part in future exams.

Village Entrance!

Entering a village is an important aspect in roleplay. This is because when you want to enter a village, it requires an entering posts, a "acknowledgement" post, and then an exit post. Sometimes a rogue or a ninja from another village will want to enter the village, and because of this we need to bide by these rules. This rule set makes sure nobody automatically enters a village, EVEN IF they are apart of that village or the kage knows they are coming, they still will have to be allowed in by someone of Jounin rank or higher.

Rules:
To enter a village, one must open with an "Enter of Area" post, a person of the village must use an "Acknowledgement" post, and then the person entering must use an "Exiting" post. This ensures that SOMEBODY of Jounin or higher rank knows that someone is inside the village, and it is their responsibility to to tell someone within the village so no further problems later on.
When someone enters the village, whoever has done the acknowledgment post must tell the kage or leave some sort of explanation telling them that someone is in the village.
Nobody under Jounin rank is allowed to let anyone, even if they belong to the village.
Only a Kage or Battle Mod is allowed to roleplay as a "Guard" to let someone in.
