Academy Student


Issei no Jutsu (Shout Technique)
By focusing chakra into the vocal chords, the user may amplify his or her voice. This may serve many purposes, such as suddenly giving off a loud cry to startle or distract enemies. It also might be useful to give off your location to allies, although any enemies in the area may overhear as well.

Hibiki no Jutsu (Noise Technique)
This jutsu sends a small sound wave off in any direction, for about 20 feet. Upon reaching its destination, it dissipates, giving a small noise similar to crunching leaves or snapping twigs. It can be quite useful to distract the enemy for a decisive moment, or to lure him away from a certain area.

Myaku (Pulse)
Using a minor amount of chakra to strengthen their lungs, the user can release a ball of compacted air that travels quickly up to 15 feet. When the ball impacts something, it hits with force equal to the user's punch. This jutsu is used to teach the basics of air manipulation.

Yobiko (Whistle)
Unlike Shout, this jutsu actually imbues sound waves with chakra. At this level of skill, the user is only able to affect a very narrow range of frequencies, the frequency of a whistle just happening to fall in that range. The user manipulates the wave, increasing amplitude and frequency slightly, in order to make the whistle unusually loud and piercing. This jutsu is usually used to teach the basics of sound manipulation.


Genin

Kaze Senbon no Jutsu (Wind Needles Technique)
This jutsu uses low frequency (below 20 Hz) sound waves to manipulate air particles. It increases the density of the air around the user’s hand into several small air pockets and then fires these pockets at high velocity toward a certain target. The wind is usually formed on top of the user’s finger and shot at will. It can be shot with dozens at the same time, and do not have to move in a straight line. However it is easier to spot than most needles due to the vacuum of air that it creates and lets the opponent see it.

Kinsei Hakai (Balance destroy)
This jutsu grants the ability to control sound with chakra and direct it into the opponent’s ears. This causes somewhat of a disturbance in the eardrums. This opponent to lose his or her balance over the period of their next post. However, the jutsu must be done at a fairly close range (no more than 10 feet) since the effects of sound dissipate over distance.

Yubi Kausi No Jutsu (Finger Spike Technique)
The user’s fingernails grow ten inches long and become quite sharp. They can then be used as slashing and cutting weapons in close combat. However, the nails are not strong enough to be used to block heavier weapons such as swords.

Onpa no Tenohira (Wave Palm)
The user transmits chakra to his palm, causing the surface of the hand to vibrate. He or she then attempts to strike the enemy with the open palm. Should the attack hit, it would cause little to no physical damage, however the vibrations work their way into the enemy’s nerves, causing a great deal of local pain at the spot struck.

Zankuuha (Air Cutter)
This technique gives one the basic ability to control his or her Arm Cannons. The user focuses chakra into the barrels implanted in their arms and then releases it with a blast. A high powered gust of wind then explodes from the user’s palms, knocking nearly anything weaker than trees flat that lies in its path.

Koukaon no Jutsu (Sound Effect Technique)
Description: Using the Cannon and Glove in tangent, the user can create a sound effect of choice. The effect might be the sound of an explosion, an animal roaring, footsteps, etc., but cannot be a human voice speaking in sentences; the sound has to be simple.

Kaze no Sen (Wind harpoon)
This jutsu is an upgrade of the technique Kaze Senbon. However, instead of shooting out multiple smaller needles, the user fires a large harpoon made of air from his/her palm.


Chuunin

Kyoumeisen (Vibrating Sound Drill)
A Ninjutsu technique in which the ninja uses sound waves above one hundred and fifty megahertz to disorient an opponent by attacking their inner ear, causing dizziness and sometimes sickness of the stomach. In some cases, damage to the eardrum can occur, creating a long-lasting advantage in battle. The sound is produced by a multi-toned metallic plate worn across the ninja's forearm, which, when tapped, can produce devastating vibrations. The attacking ninja takes a swing at their opponent intending to be dodged. Once the plate is directed towards the opponent, it is tapped, producing sound waves that the ninja then manipulates with chakra, guiding it to the ear drum of their opponent.

Yubi Kasui Teppoudama No Jutsu (Finger Spike Bullet Technique)
The normal finger dagger technique must be learned before you are able to learn this upgraded technique. These nails can be used in close combat but can also be fired off in high speed from the user's fingertips. The user may freely choose how many he/she wants to shoot and can grow new nails if needed.

Mirimeetoruha (VHF – Very High Frequency Wave)
By exercising further chakra control, the user is able to tighten the frequency of the sound waves emanating from his harmonic glove. They are able to do far more damage under these circumstances. Any glass in the immediate area will shatter when this jutsu is used and the target of the jutsu may experience debilitating vertigo, strong nausea, or even hallucinations, although they would be uncontrolled by the user. It would be extremely rare for at least one of these symptoms not to appear. In addition, the target will suffer temporary deafness for at least 3 posts.

Kaze no Yari (Wind Spears)
This jutsu combines the principals of Kaze no Hari and Kaze no Sen. In effect, it creates multiple spears of wind that may be fired together or independently. The number of spears created is equal to 1/3 the user’s control and power combined, or (Power + Control)/3

Himei no Jutsu (Shriek)
The user lets forth a loud scream, enhanced by chakra, usually loud enough to make people cover their ears and make their bodies numb due to high frequency sound waves. This jutsu should not be used overmuch, since it strains the user’s throat quite a bit.


Zankuukyokuha (Ultimate Air Cutter)
This jutsu is simply large-scale version of Zankuuha, as the name suggests, which also requires hand seals as well as the implants. The blast can wreak havoc upon anything it touches, although it is also risky to use, as it opens up the user to attack, since it requires both hands to focus all the air pressure. Capable of destroying small boulders and clearing strips of land, its speed is constant with the user's abilities, making it difficult for those of equal rank to dodge it.

Kyokuchoutanpa (UHF – Ultra High Frequency Waves)
With an incredible amount of chakra precision, the user refines his harmonic glove sound waves even further. This type of sound has the ability to be potentially very destructive to structures, able to weaken, or even collapse, nearly any solid structure that has some type of cavity in which the sound waves may resonate. If targeted against a person, it can be equally devastating, but in a different way. The victim becomes unable to stand with vertigo and vomits the entire contents of his or her stomach. The eardrums shatter, deafening the victim for the rest of the thread, unless treated by a medical nin. Permanent deafness has been known to occur, as well. Hallucinations are still a possibility, but again, are uncontrolled by the user.


Jounin

Kaze no Ransu (Wind Lance)
In this new incarnation of the Kaze no Sen, the user creates a single, long air bolt of extreme density and power. It then is launched at high velocity toward a target. As it approaches the target, the user may choose to have the lance separate into several hundred needles much like those described in Kaze no Hari.

Jigoku Himei no Jutsu (Hell Shriek)
An improved version of the himei no jutsu. The voice of the shriek is twice as high, enough to make enemies go deaf and destroy glass. It sounds so horrible as if it comes from hell itself, making enemies cower with fear and terror.

Nihyakuwari Zankuuha (200% Air Cutter)
Concentrating an incredible amount of chakra into the arm cannons, the user expels an extreme blast of wind with power equal to a category five hurricane (155+ mph). This incredible destructive force is more than capable of leveling nearly any obstacle. A person that is directly hit by this technique will be seriously injured, so much so that he or she will be unable to participate further in the battle unless they are treated by a medical nin of basic jounin level or higher. In order to build up enough power, the user must charge chakra into his arms for one post prior to releasing the attack, during which, he or she may move, but cannot use chakra for any other purpose.

Kyoushin no Onpa (Resonance Wave)
In this jutsu, the user works to achieve resonance behind the eardrum, severely damaging the inner ear. This causes such imbalance in the victim that he or she will be unable to stand until treated by a medical nin of basic jounin level or higher (or until the thread ends). This jutsu does not cause any other side effects, save for the considerable amount of pain caused by the rupturing of the inner ear.

Jishinha (Seismic Wave)
This jutsu sends sound into the ground and causes a seismic wave that is similar to a earthquake in the surrounding area (about a 30 foot radius). Usually done to off-balance the opponent for an easy kill. Very deadly when combined with Kinsei Hakai, as it gives double the imbalance. However, the user must put at least one hand onto the ground. The jutsu will end, should the hand(s) be removed from the ground.

Kyuuon no Jutsu (Sound Absorption Technique)
Description: Using the air cannon to draw environmental sound into the glove, the user can make his entire area lacking of any sound at all. Voices will not be heard. The sounds of explosions will vanish. There will be complete silence for a short amount of time, usually just enough to kill in silence...
Rules: Genin can use this in a radius of 15 feet for a time of two posts. Chuunin can use this in a radius of 25 feet for a time of three posts. Jounin can use this in a radius of 50 feet for a time of five posts.

Kage

Kaze no Hitoame (Rain of Wind)
The user once again compresses air using sound waves, only in this case, several Kaze no Ransu are created. The usual form of this jutsu involves the creation of these Ransu above the target's head and bringing them down on top of him. This form of attack is incredibly destructive to whatever it hits, and also gave the jutsu its name. In spite of this, the user may create and aim the Ransu anywhere, however they must all travel in the same direction.

Kuuatsu Bunshin (Air Pressure Clone)
A powerful bunshin formed from Zankuuha Arm Cannons. Its strength though is directly proportional to the highest powered Zankuuha they are able to create. Having no Zankuuha techniques means the clone is at 10% the physical stats of the user. Zankuuha gives 25%, Zankuukyokuha gives 50%, Nihyakuwari Zankuuha gives 75%, and Boufuu Kyuutai gives 100%. They are like ordinary fighting clones, (no chakra) but when defeated they explode with the force of that Zankuuha. Only one clone may be created at a time.

Kekkai (Rupture)
The user pours chakra into their vocal cords and screams, using more chakra to manipulate the sound to only travel in a cone forward. The intense fluctuations in pressure caused by the hyper-amplified sound will cause microscopic weaknesses in the skin of any enemy caught in the blast to shear apart, creating thousands of tiny surface wounds. Internal tissues are affected as well at ranges less than 20 feet, creating numerous internal wounds that can take weeks to heal without a shinobi medic's intervention.

Boufuu Kyuutai (Storm Sphere)
An ultimate defense. Instead of shooting air pressure out from palms like the Zankuhaa technique, the user instead sends out air pressure from all over their bodies into all directions. Any nearby enemies and incoming projectiles gets blown away. Can also neutralize certain techniques such as fire elements. Requires very good chakra control. Since it requires so much chakra, it can only be used twice in battle.

Sakuhen (Splinter)
Focusing their chakra in much the same manner as Kekkai, the user takes great care to produce nothing but a single frequency of sound that resonates perfectly within the calcium formations that make up a human skeleton. At this precise frequency of vibration, the marrow within the skeleton begins to expand and contract, putting extreme pressure on the bones. If exposed to this sound for a fraction of a second, a target will simply have their skeleton weakened such that it can barely support their own weight. Further exposure (on the order of 1 second total) will cause the target's skeleton to splinter apart within their body. In most circumstances, this will cripple a target, but in extreme cases, bone fragments have been known to enter the heart or brain, killing a target outright.

Academy

Zankyou (Echo)
With slight chakra manipulation, the user is able to cause his or her voice (or other nearby sounds) to bounce off solid surfaces. This can be put to use to mask the user’s exact location, or to confuse an opponent. However, such a simple trick is likely not to work on someone of significantly higher intelligence.

Fusenmei (Blur)
The user, by releasing chakra around himself, is able to slightly blur his own form. This can have several effects. If the user is wearing clothing of the proper color, he may hide himself effectively against a certain background. Secondly, this may make the user slightly more difficult to hit, especially when he or she moves. This jutsu may be held up as long as the user has the chakra to do so, but genin may not use any other jutsu while this is active.

Shizumaru (Quiet)
By releasing a small amount of chakra in the area about himself, the user is able to slightly dampen any sounds given off in that area. This jutsu is highly effective for sneaking up on an unaware enemy. However, this jutsu does far from block out all sound. If an enemy is alert, he will most likely still hear the user’s movement.

Otokakimazeru (Sound Scramble)
This is a rather interesting jutsu that can potentially wreak havoc with an unprepared enemy. Much like as in Quiet, the user releases chakra all about himself, but instead he allows it to become erratic. The effect is that all sounds in the area of effect (about a 20 foot radius) have their volume randomized. There is a limit to this, however. Sounds will not rise above 120 decibels, (not enough to cause physical pain) nor fall below 30 (the volume of breathing).


Genin

Fukuwajutsu (Ventriloquism)
This technique allows the user to transmit sound to a specific location. Through proper use of this jutsu, one would be able to cause changes in their own voice tone, or allow a message to travel a distance without distortion of the weakening of sound. For example, the user of his jutsu would be able to send a message to a hidden teammate’s ear, or similarly confuse an opponent by relaying an order to him in the voice of his team’s commander.

Jigoku no Mimi (Hell’s Ears)
By concentrating chakra into the ears, the user is able to detect exact details of movement by the means of sound. This requires extreme concentration, therefore and all users must close their eyes in order for this jutsu to be properly performed. (including Jounin).

Onchou: Boutou (Harmony: Boom)
This jutsu gathers chakra in the vocal cords, and subsequently releases it in a ball of sound. The ball is roughly the size of a baseball, and consequently is also as devastating. However, the ball loses cohesion over distance, and subsequently loses the ability to do harm to a target after twenty feet of travel.

Fukyouwaon: Unari (Dissonance: Howl)
This jutsu concentrates on pushing out as much air as possible from the vocal cords of the user, therefore creating a blast of sound. The sound then spreads out from the mouth of the user in the shape of a cone of roughly 10 feet in length. The jutsu may target the upper or lower body of the foe. If it strikes the upper body, it knocks the wind from the victim, forcing him or her to double over as they attempt to regain their composure. Should it strike the lower body, the victim’s legs are swept out from under him, sending him to the ground.

Fukyouwaon: Wamekigoe (Dissonance: Yell)
Wamekigoe is much higher pitched then Unari, and is also sung in a minor key to give it a sense of discord. All beings within 10 feet of the user are affected by the force of this attack, whether it is friend or foe. The scream that is emitted is just below the human threshold for sound tolerance, and extreme discomfort is felt by all those who fall within the radius of affect. Those who hear this scream often cringe as they are stunned by the magnitude of the sound, and more often than not seek to find a way to block the noise from their ears.

Kaku no Sen’you (Enhance Sense)
By focusing chakra to a certain part of the body, the user may choose one of his five senses to enhance. Enhancing sight allows one to see clearly for around 100 yards further than the norm. Hearing allows one a broader range of detection and an enhanced range of roughly 50 feet. Smell allows one to detect familiar scents at distances 500 yards. Taste gives one a snake-like ability to ‘taste’ the air, giving one the ability to detect the presence, but not location, of a certain object within a radius of 100 yards. Touch gives one’s nerves a heightened sense of awareness, making dodging slightly easier in battle. However, one will also feel a greater degree of pain when enhancing touch. The effects last for up to three posts.


Chuunin

Onsei: Tenshi (Voice: Angel)
Tenshi focuses on using the voice to cause vibrations. The user creates a vibration that is sustained by holding out a long, tremulous note. The voice that comes forth is heavenly, and therefore soothes all that hear it. However, the sound of this jutsu must be directed towards one person, for if it is let out in too wide an area, the power will weaken and it will not have its full effect. The soothing affect of this jutsu lowers the reaction time of the person who hears it, sending them into a mentally relaxed state not dissimilar to being drunk for the duration of one post.

Onchou: Yasurau (Harmony: Relaxation)
This jutsu takes some of the traits from Tenshi and amplifies them with Onchou’s strength of voice. This is a song that is directed to one person instead of many because unless the song is focused, it will not be performed to its proper effect. What this does is soothe the enemy with such a pleasing song that it lulls them to sleep. Closing your ears help dampen the sound but waking the person hit up involves something a little drastic unless the enemy is of higher rank. To wake up genin, closing their nose off so they don’t breathe can work, while chuunin (If the user is a genin) can just get a good punch in the face. Jounin are unaffected unless the user is a Jounin.

Onsei: Atsureki (Voice: Discord)
This is one of the more popular choices for genin who follow this path. Combing the aura of majesty from Onsei: Tenshi with the ear ripping pain from Hebi-Metaru: Unari, Onsei: Atsureki is a potent deterrent against enemies. This releases an odd squeal of sorts. However, the sound that comes forth is simply horrifying to the human ear. As a result of the hearing of this terrifying sound, one is stricken with a sudden fear so powerful they are rendered utterly motionless for as long as they hear the sound. Chuunin are able to resist this with some difficulty unless the user is a Jounin, while jounin remain unaffected.

Onchou: Aijou (Harmony: Sadness)
While this jutsu does not make the victim crawl on the floor in sadness, it does succeed in recreating that motion by emitting a sound that alters the center of gravity on all those who hear it. The sound is very low, and as a result paralyzes everyone within a 10 feet radius. The affects of this just feel as if someone is pulling on your insides in an attempt to drag you to the floor. Jounin have more physical strength then chuunins and are therefore able to escape this unless the user is also of jounin level. The paralysis of this song lasts for a single post, and an additional two posts is needed for the feel affect of this technique to subside.


Fukyouwaon: Kujiku (Dissonance: Crush)
Requirements: Fukyouwaon: Wamekigoe
Chakra control has moved a great deal since the genin levels. Now the user is able to control to a rather decent amount where the sound is traveling too. With this new power comes bold and painful new jutsu at their disposal. This sound is low pitched, and is controlled with chakra by the user. The sound waves target the abdomen of the opponent in an effort to bring about a sudden compression on the stomach of the foe. While the damage of this attack is only external, even the strongest of men will be brought to their knees by the sudden impact of this technique.

Gokan no Sen’you (Five Senses Enhancement)
Requirements: Kaku no Sen’you
This jutsu simply gives one the ability to perform all the feats listed in Kaku no Sen’you, although the user is free to pick and choose which abilities he or she wishes to employ.

Fukyouwaon: Doukoku (Dissonance: Wailing)
Requirements: Fukyouwaon: Kujiku
This jutsu creates a blast of sound that is enforced with enough chakra to bring about the minor cutting of flesh. The sound waves of this skill spread out to a cone of 18 feet in length and 10 feet in height. Obviously, the closer one is to the vortex of the sound, the more severe the rending of the flesh.


Jonin

Shikon no Jutsu (Dead Soul Technique)
Requirements: Ninjutsu Speciality
This technique uses their to temporarily bring life back into the hearts of the deceased, creating the illusion that they are still alive while their bodies are controlled like puppets. An excellent jutsu when used as a distraction, and with the proper skills, it can make for an incredible escape plan.

Onchou: Oshi (Harmony: Push)
Requirement: Onchou: Aijou
This jutsu expels a large blast of sound to push back everyone within the maximum range of the blast. It flows forth from the mouth of the user, and hits all within ten feet of the user. The force sung out is enough to break boulders into pebbles. However, this is all external damage, and a living being struck by this attack would simply feel as if he had been hit by a heavy blunt object over the entirety of his body.

Onsei: Yure (Voice: Vibration)
Requirements: Onsei: Atsureki
This jutsu sends forth a force of sound from of the mouth of the user, and then directs the course of the sound towards the abdomen of the foe. Upon impact, it causes all of the internal organs to vibrate. Obviously, this brings about great pain, and those afflicted are often brought to their knees as agony overcomes their body. The sound travels in a straight line, and its path cannot be altered. Jounin have the innate sense to dodge against this attack more easily then chuunin.

Onchou: Chikara (Harmony: Force)
Requirements: Onchou: Oshi
This jutsu sends force a ball of sound energy roughly three feet in diameter at the foe. The affects of getting hit with this attack are two fold. The first, and most obvious, is the external damage of the attack, which is quite devastating to say the least. The impact of this attack is tremendous, and is the equivalent of a powerful blunt force striking the entirety of the body of the target. Furthermore, this attack resonates throughout the body, causing jolting in the body’s muscles. As a result of this, a victim struck by this jutsu is incapacitated for one post.

Sabaki no Rokkan (Six Senses Drain)
This technique, with a little touch of direct bodily contact, (anything organic, hair, skin... etc) drains the target’s ability in all five senses. Senses will continue diminish throughout the fight every time the target is touched by this jutsu. Some rest and a good night’s sleep, a soldier pill, or a medical nin’s healing hands can fix this. Hearing is duller, eye sight is less sharp, touch is less noticed, taste is practically horrible, smell is less strong; chakra sense is weaker… etc, etc.


Sannin

Onsei: Tanoshimi (Voice: Pleasure)
Requirments: Onsei: Tenshi
This jutsu creates a certain frequency and pitch of sound that is concentrated on a single target. This sound of this technique goes directly into the pleasure center of the brain, and then activates it through the vibration of the voice. This quickly debilitates the ninja, forcing him into blissful thoughts. This cannot be Kai’ed due to the fact it is not a genjutsu, but harming the afflicted ninja will cancel its affects. This technique lasts for two posts.

Seion Kado (Vocal Immoderation)
Requirments: Fukuwajutsu
This diabolical technique targets the victim's ability to control his own voice. This technique renders the target unable to control the volume of his own voice, and in turn forces them to loudly shout all things they say. Also, as the victim speaks, his voice will continue to grow louder and louder, eventually placing great strain on the vocal cords of the afflicted. Due to this, the victim usually chooses to silence himself rather than continue speaking, as the pain from the stretching of the cords can be quite excruciating. This is likely a wise choice, as continual speech while under the power of this jutsu can cause the victim's vocal cords to snap. This technique lasts for 8 posts.

Onsei: Shuukyouku (Voice: Finale)
Requirments: Onsei: Tenshi
This jutsu releases a certain sound that travel to one person. When the person is hit with the sound he or she is suddenly rendered immobile, as the sounds first target the nervous system of the body. Then, the technique proceeds to send forth a sound akin to a spear of sound through the temple. However, this does not cause any permanent damage. Other wise the shock to the brain throws off all of the synapses, thus confusing the body in how it can move. This jutsu lasts for three posts unless a jounin medical nin cures the victim.

Kyuushuu no Rokkan (Six Senses Absorption)
Requirements: Sabaki no Rokkan
This technique is simply an incarnation of the Sabaki no Rokkan. It’s faster, stronger and quite a bit more effective. Instead of simply draining the person of their ability at these senses, the user absorbs them to add to their own. The effect is only temporary, lasting only for three posts before the effects diminish in the user, forcing the user to repeatedly have to drain a target for the heightened sense of awareness. However, beware of overusing this technique. It has been known to lead to an almost drug like addiction in a user to the heightened sense effect. To heal the target's diminished senses, a Medical Nin of stage 4 or higher is required.


Kage

Onsei: Musubi (Voice: Ending)
Requirements: Onsei: Shuukyouku,
Description: This jutsu sends forth a wave of sound designed to stimulate the brain of the target. When afflicted by the waves of sound, the brain of the user is prompted to generate blissful images, tricking the target into believing the battle is over, and a happy ending has come. Due to this, all attempts at battle by the target will cease. However, this jutsu may be broken by any physical contact by either friend or foe, or until the duration of three posts has passed.

Shinkeigakomakai (Sensitive Touch)
Requirements: Shikon no Jutsu
This technique is a rather insidious one. By focusing and pouring chakra into a target, the user increases the sensitivity of the target’s nerve endings by a hundred-fold. This requires a direct line of sight, and a relatively short distance. (No more than 20 feet.) Even the softest touch becomes excruciating when under the effects of this jutsu. Targets that are standing experience a great amount of pain in the soles of their feet. Often times, they cast themselves upon the ground, only to writhe in greater agony. Some targets will try to tear off their clothing, finding the touch of their outer garments too much to bear. After experiencing only a few seconds of this torture, all but the toughest individuals will pass out. This jutsu lasts for one post. On the target’s next post, they will be incapacitated as their overloaded nervous system regains control. It should be noted that this is not a genjutsu and should not be treated as such.

Requirements: Kyuushuu no Rokkan
Only a handful of shinobi ever attain the level of chakra control necessary to perform this complex jutsu. However, the effects can be very potent. Similar to the Gokan no Sen’you, the user first enhances his five physical senses, only to a much greater degree. At this level, the user is even able to control his nervous system minutely enough to avoid the side effect of increased pain. However, far more useful is the second effect. The user concentrates chakra about his brain, greatly increasing perception, reaction time, and memory. The user is able to analyze an opponent’s movements and discern how, where, and when he will attack next, and respond accordingly. It becomes very difficult to land a hit, and next to impossible to lie to a user of this technique. The effects last for up to four posts. Due to the mental strain this technique causes, it is only usable once per thread.

:Sound Village Taijutsu:

Style Name: Daidoumyaku – Great Pulse Fist (Sound Village)

Style Description: By using chakra to concentrate energy within their hands the user of this taijutsu can transfer the energy from their hand into their target, creating violent vibrations. This involves a slight bit of chakra control, but this is not the focus of the style. Instead the focus is on speed in movement and striking, which helps to create stable sound waves. These vibrations can damage soft tissue of internal organs but the primary function of this style is to damage bones and create numbness in nerves.

Style Basis: Taijutsu (Speed)


Stage One:


Palm Strikes – At this level the user is just learning the proper motions of the style and has yet to study the methods used to create vibrations in a targets body. Palm strikes, while certainly painful cause only normal external injury.

Kicks – Kicks at this level are slow and awkward, and thus they connect poorly and do minimal damage. Most users of this style have problems effectively using kicks in combat and tend to avoid doing so. If a kick does connect, it is painful but not focused enough to do real damage.

Defense – Defense is poor at this stage, as the user has not yet learned to properly anticipate attacks. Blocks, dodges, and other defensive gestures are effective if the attack is slow enough for the user to respond. Attempting to deflect thrown objects at this level will almost always result in failure.


Special Techniques:

Hakike no Tsuki (Nausea Thrust)
This technique uses the very basis of the style, the vibrating of the palm, as the principle for this elementary but potentially devastating attack. By first striking an open handed attack to the stomach of the foe, the user then vibrates his palm. These vibrations adversely affect the digestive system of the target, therefore causing severe nausea and all the associated ramifications. The sickness caused by this technique lasts for three posts.



Level Two:

Palm Strikes – The user has now begun to learn the basics of what makes this style truly dangerous. The user is now able to transfer the energy in to a target to create minor painful vibrations. The damage is not significant from an individual attack but multiple attacks and the pain associated with them will begin to wear at a target. The primary difference between this level and the previous level is that attacks are slightly more focused and obviously more painful.

Kicks – The kicks at this stage have become more fluid as the user has learned to perform them more gracefully. Kicks are now effective combat moves that can now be used properly in a fight, resulting in a painful and damaging addition to the user’s arsenal.

Defense – At this stage the user has begun to learn to anticipate and deal with attacks provided they do not come in rapid succession. Blocks, dodges, and other defensive gestures are now more effective and allow the user the opportunity to counter attack if one is possible. A user has a reasonable chance of deflecting a single thrown weapon.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Mimi Senshi (Ear Stab)
Description: This is not actually a direct attack to the ear. Instead, the user makes an attack, missing on purpose and uses external force and chakra to send a sound wave directly into the ear. This attack must be done at close range. This blow disrupts the center of gravity of the person hit causing them to lose their balance for a short time. (1 post)



Level Three:

Palm Strikes – Power has become an important factor now. The palm strike can now crack the bark of trees and leave a real sense of pain. If a target is struck by a direct attack they will feel severe pain in the immediate area and repeated attacks to the same area will cause minor hemorrhaging of tissues resulting in severe bruising and pain that will last several days unless treated.

Kicks – At this stage the user has mastered the proper motion of the kick and all that remains is finding the proper balance and power. The kicks snapping motion creates a quick wind gust sufficient enough to extinguish a candle at three feet. Aside from the kick being able to inflict the normal physical damage when it connects, the ‘air’ created by the kick now actually lashes against the target like a whip, creating a stinging sensation.

Defense – The user has learned not only to block and dodge attacks but to sometimes use blocks or dodges to set themselves in proper position for an attack. The user is now able to block or dodge single thrown projectiles and can sometimes even accomplish this feat against faster moving projectiles such as arrows.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Saidan Assaiki (Altar Crusher)
Description: This taijutsu attack is aimed at either of the two collarbones. Using the principle of the Daidoumyaku, this causes the nerves to overload. This sudden strike also drags the opponent’s torso down with it. At the end of the attack that whichever half of the body the user struck is more difficult to use due to the tremendous numbness brought about by the impact.



Level Four:

Palm Strikes – The Daidoumyaku style takes its true form at this level. Palm strikes here are a true show of power and skill. Even blocking the attacks now is painful unless done properly. Palm strikes have the power here to put out a candle from 3 yards away. When a target is struck vibrations go through their body from the point of contact and out slightly in a cone, with the main damage being at the center of the cone while damage along the outside of the cone is less severe. These attacks now literally rattle bones causing extreme pain and hit nerves, causing both pain and numbness.

Kicks – The power of the kick has made a small jump, able to blow away candles from 5 feet away. The increased control allows for a greater snapping sound when the kick is performed. The snap of the air is now pronounced enough to lash at a target even if the kick does not connect directly and is more severe if the kick does connect directly.

Defense – The user is now highly proficient in the art at blocking or dodging then counter attacking. Single thrown weapons are now completely useless against the user of this style unless the attacker can catch them by surprise. This is the first level where a user is able to turn aside more than one ranged attack at once but the effectiveness of this ability drops significantly as the number of attacks increase.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Ibukuro Gusarito (Stomach Thrust)
Description: This powerful palm strike is different then the standard ones taught by the style. The fingers are clenched into the hand to help concentrate the force and the extension of the arm is much longer then normal. The attack is aimed at the sternum, right about where the fifth ribs are. The force goes straight through the bone and reaches the lungs causing the victim to go into spastic coughing. The pain usually keeps other ninja down for a short while (1 post) while they get back their air and bearings.



Level Five:

Palm Strikes – Having now begun to reach the early stages of mastery, the palm strikes at this level are dangerous indeed. A targets bone will literally rattle inside them, causing severe pain and possibly lead to minute fractures of the bone along with tears to the surrounding tissues. The nerves in the area are also rattled which has the effect of dulling the severe pain after a few moments but at the same time it also renders the area temporarily useless.

Kicks – The motion of the kick is quick, almost impossible to perceive with the naked eye and the resulting impact is like being snapped with an enormous whip. The air lash created by this attack is sufficient to tear cloth and will cause lacerations to skin, this is in addition to the physical damage that results from the kick itself.

Defense – At this stage even a defensive move can be used as offense. By using their hands to turn attacks aside the user is now actually able to focus their energy while defending, resulting in a block becoming a small attack. Individual blocks do not cause significant damage but an attacker will soon feel their arms growing sore and numb after prolonged combat. The user is also now able to turn aside several ranged weapon attacks in rapid succession.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Juushin Tomosen (Brutal Heart Stopper)
Description: This dangerous jutsu is dangerous to say the least. Striking the opponent where the heart would be, the force goes inside and causes a sudden jump in the heart stopping it for just one second where it all of a sudden kicks back. The sudden pain of death stuns opponents and leaves one all of a sudden short of breath and exhausted.



Level Six:

Palm Strikes – A direct hit at this stage will almost always result in a broken or fractured bone where as a glancing blow will result in severe tissue damage and bruises. Having almost reached the pinnacle of perfection in their art, users at this level are dangerous and deadly opponents that few wish to contend with.

Kicks – Striking with almost unperceivable speed and landing like the sting of a thousand whips, the kicks at this level are sufficient to cause severe injury to any portion of the body they strike. In addition to the damage from the kick the airwave created by this kick will cause severe lacerations and air burns to skin.

Defense – At this stage the defenses of the target grow to a stage of startling skill. The user is capable of using their superior speed to block long flurries of attacks, as well as using their own chakra to deflect stronger, more concentrated blows. Furthermore, at this stage the user is quite proficient at channeling his own energy into a kind of defensive weapon, therefore allowing them to hasten the pace of the numbing of the foe’s striking limbs. Finally, the user is able to deflect an even greater number of projectiles, making all but the largest and most accurate of volleys to deviate from their course.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Parusuha Saiganki (Pulse Rock Crusher)
Description: This dangerous attack is difficult to use but when used properly it can deal enough damage to render men useless. Starting from the chest, a double palm strike is done, this sends force all across the body, crushing capillaries and causing damage other minor internal injuries.



Level Seven:

Palm Strikes – At this level, the user of this style achieves a frightening level of power. Here, a direct blow from an attack will not only result in broken bones, but brutal, crushing blows. Often is the time when the limb of a shinobi struck by one of these blows is rendered limp and useless; a victim of compound fractures as well as chipped fragments of bone caused by the vibrations of the user’s palm. Furthermore, the tissue damage caused at this stage is intensive, as the blows now strikes harder and deeper than ever before, rending and bruising muscle tissue with an almost unspeakable ferocity, a fact that further adds to the sheer devastation of each landed strike.

Kicks- The kicks of a user at this level are now at their peak, capable of inflicting severe damage to any part of the target’s body at unprecedented speeds. Furthermore, the airwaves created by the kick now create messy gashes, painful bleeding wounds, and devastating burns to the flesh of the target. The wounds caused by this tend to cause excruciating pain to the victim, and thus tend to hamper the combat ability of the afflicted greatly.

Defense- The user has learned to block attacks purely by instinct and react to them almost before they are launched. Unless an attacker is careful, the results of their attack could leave them worse off than their opponent as the user can now inflict severe injury just by blocking. Without the aid of some type of jutsu technique, throwing weapons are virtually useless against the user now and can be turned aside in almost unlimited numbers.


Special Techniques:

Daidoumyaku – Manako Oshi (Eye Push)
Description: Only truly despicable and horrendous people use this technique against their enemies. This technique first requires that the user place his hand over the eye of an enemy. He then uses a palm strike to thrust it forward. However, the reciprocal force will break the user’s wrist and fingers. The forward force actually pushes the victim’s eyeball into his head, tearing the muscles that hold it in place. The pain caused by this usually renders the victim unconscious. However, far more debilitating is the second effect. The impulse that forces the eye back also damages it considerably, blinding the victim in that eye until he is treated by a jounin-level medical nin

Universal Ninjutsu

Academy Students:

Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Kawarimi No Jutsu (Body Switch Technique)
Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Kakuremino No Jutsu (Magic Cloak Of Invisibility Technique)
Description: A very basic skill utilizing a sheet to help the user in blending with the background. This is actually only used by Academy students.

Nawanuke No Jutsu (Rope Untying Technique)
Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to push the knot in it in the right way, so it loosens. This is used to escape from a rope binding.

Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique)
Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

Genin:

Chakra Kami Nawa (Chakra Hair Rope)
Requirements: The user must have long hair
Description: By laying down large amounts of hair, the user can create a chakra infused rope that can bind an opponent's legs to the ground. This leaves the enemy open to various kinds of attack since they are unable to move. In order to be effective, the opponent must be standing on the hair.

Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it can’t harm anyone it’s useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.

Kinobori no Jutsu (Tree Walking Technique)
Kabenobori no Jutsu (Wall Walking Technique)
Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.

Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, etc…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.

Nin Shiki Kaado (Secret Information Cards)
Description: A technique which conceals information of an individual on a card. The information is burned onto the cards with chakra and can only be revealed by the user's chakra. Of course, this technique can also be used to store information on a different object and conceal it, like a wall, a door, or scroll. This technique cannot be used to burn information to a card that your character does not actually know, or has known at some point in his or her life. In other words, if your character is to put information onto a card about a shinobi, then that character must have met this other shinobi (or studied him through some other means), and learned from him exactly what it is the other shinobi can do before that information can be put on the cards.

Chuunin:

Hitoshizeru Bakuhatsu No Jutsu (Hidden Explosion Technique)
Description: A simple yet effective technique that forces chakra out from the entire body, blowing out smoke and any small surrounding debris. This causes confusion, and allows the user to escape unnoticed. Useful for sneaky exits. This technique is basically the same as using a smoke bomb, and cannot be used for offensive purposes. It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape.

Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Description: By lifting objects with chakra, the user can launch small objects like roof tiles, small rocks and more at their enemy as if they were shuriken.

Chakra Tsuitou no Jutsu (Chakra Hunting Technique)
Description: During chase procedures, when the user has been closer to the target than 20 feet, and having had the ability to see the target clearly under those circumstances, the user can remember the target's chakra currents and distinguish these for a number of posts equal to the user's control divided by two. If the enemy uses a Genjutsu, or gains a difference of more than a mile, the user will lose track of the target.

Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
Description: This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every few minutes to keep it effective. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people.

Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.

Tessayose no Jutsu (Iron Chain Calling Technique)
Description: With a range of the user’s sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement.

Saihen no Te (Hand of Debris)
Description: By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. The main drawback though, is that the hand is only as strong as the materials used to make it, so while a hand made mostly out of stones and pebbles would be hard, a hand made mostly out of leaves would be easily broken.

Kisousei Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Homing Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Prerequisites: Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, the objects will chase after the designated target for a length of 3 posts. The object can not make 90 degree turns, and can only veer left or right. This makes turning around possible, but not sudden. If the object hits something like a tree or rock it will stop.

Doton: Shinju Zanshu no Jutsu (Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu)
Description: The user, emerging from the ground below the target area, pulls down (or possibly swaps places with) the opponent so that only their head is above ground.

Jounin:

Hiritsuku Kasumi no Jutsu (Stinging Mist Technique)
Description: The ninja inhales and sends out a spray of stinging substance from his mouth. The technique itself looks like the fine spray from a hose, with the droplets being a slightly yellowish color. However, anyone who is hit by this technique will feel as though the exposed parts of their skin has been rubbed with a powerful irritant.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique) Must be taught be Kage
Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu.

Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)
Description: This technique originated in the Sand and was actually utilized by the Suna shinobi Yashamaru in a failed assassination attempt. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his target with the same force he usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands.

Bakuretsu Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Exploding Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Prerequisites: Ninpou Kawara Shuriken
Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, when the flying roof tiles or other small objects make contact with their target, they explode. The explosion is relatively small however, not nearly as great as that of an exploding tag, but more like the force of a smoke bomb. The flying objects will explode the moment they contact another solid surface regardless of whether it is the intended target or not.

Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Walking on Air)
Description: The art of walking on water and trees has long been known to many shinobi. However, although many have aspired to walk on the last frontier, the air itself, all but a handful of ninja have failed at doing such a thing. The first recorded instance of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was recorded long ago, in the Country of Wind, ironically. There, a famous ninja had discovered that by focusing his chakra into his feet and propelling it outward with utmost control, he could perform a sort of double-jump while airborne. This enabled him to jump almost twice as high as he normally could and in addition, it gave him utmost control of his body while airborne, making him a superb fighter. The technique was passed down through that fighter's family for years. The secret was well-kept and guarded carefully. However, the family's devotion with which they protected this secret ultimately led to their downfall. They were captured by a rival country and tortured endlessly in order to attain the secret technique. Nobody spoke and they were killed; their assailants figured that if they couldn't have the secret technique, nobody could. For awhile, the art of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was lost. Just recently, a resurgence of this forgotten art has been seen. A few grandmaster shinobi, having remembered stories of the ancient art, have learned to perform the art on their own. In addition, two scrolls containing information on the art have been dug up and been in circulation on the black market for several months, although most who have read the scrolls have been unable to learn the art. As of now, there are very few who know anything about the art and even fewer who can use it effectively. While airborne, the user can focus his chakra into his feet in order to make a sort of invisible stepping stone to push off of again. This can be used as a sort of double-jump commonly seen from, say, Mario, or be used to push off and change directions in midair. This technique can only be used once per jump, and the strength of the second jump is no greater than the strength of a normal jump. For instance, if your character has a five foot vertical leap, using this technique he could conceivably jump ten feet into the air.

Kage/Densetsu:

Togeyomi (Underworld Spines)
Description: A technique that lengthens the hair and changes it to a coat of hardened spines which covers the body. This technique can be used both offensively and defensively. The spines are also varying in texture and strength, often times only able to weather one attack (either received or dealt). It should be noted that when this jutsu is used, the ninja cannot move until the hair has returned to its normal form.

Shoushagan no Jutsu (Vanishing Facial Copy Technique)
Description: A rather gruesome but useful jutsu. The user removes the face of a corpse and applies that face to his own, providing himself with a disguise more convincing than a simple Henge. Damage done to the shinobi’s face will be absorbed by the facial copy, but too much will cause it to disintegrate and slowly melt from the user’s face. It can be ripped off painlessly and discarded at any time.

Shuriken Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique)
Prerequisites:Kage Bunshin + Ninpou Kawara Shuriken
Description: Similar to Kage Bunshin no Jutsu except that it is used on projectiles and makes more copy of them during mid-flight.

Fuuja Houin (Evil Sealing Method)
Description: This sealing technique was created specifically to control and suppress the effects of cursed seals, preventing them from activating. Two concentric circles are drawn on the ground and the ‘patient’ is made to sit at its centre with kunai planted head first into the ground at different points on the edge of the circles. The ninja performing the seal will then use his own blood to write kanji inscriptions in the circle, those symbols converging towards the seal on the body of the ‘patient’. When the preparation is completed, the sealer performs a series of hand seals before finally slamming his palm on the cursed seal. At that moment, the kanji inscriptions will all literally ‘come to life’ and all converge towards the seal. The process is a painful one and causes the weak ninjas to faint. When it is done, a circle like design is seen around the seal, representing that there is a ‘barrier’ around the curse. The Evil Sealing method, however, is ineffective on its own as it relies mostly on the bearer's will to work. Should the cursed person have not enough determination or allow himself to be tempted by the power of his curse seal, the Fuuja Houin would, so to say, be nothing else but a mere decoration. So essentially, the Evil Sealing method depends on the will of the cursed person to keep it at bay.

Shogiyomi (Underworld Spears)
Prerequisites: Togeyomi
Description: An upgraded version of the Togeyomi, this version instead creates long sharp spears of hair that extend to about double the arm’s length of the user. Not as fragile as the Togeyomi, the spears can both absorb one attack or make one. But after that, they break down and revert back to their original form.

Bakuretsu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Exploding Shadow Clone Technique)
Prerequisites: Kage Bunshin
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja creates a suicidal Kage Bunshin (shadow clone). After creating it, the ninja can cause the clone to remotely detonate and explode in combat, taking anyone immediately surrounding it out. When used in close combat, without the enemy noticing, this technique can be quite deadly. This technique requires the user not just to evenly distribute his chakra, but to give a chakra edge to the exploding clone. For almost everybody, this costs so much it puts the user in a dangerous situation, so that one hit to them can be lethal if chakra isn't molded to perfection...

Shukuchi (Reduced Earth)
Description: Originally implemented by samurai, shinobi have learned to use chakra to perform this technique as well. By forcing chakra into the legs, the user is able to go from standstill to his highest speed instantaneously and crush the distance separating him from his opponent so quickly, all that can be seen is little craters left on the ground by his footsteps.

Chidori (Thousand Birds)
Description: The only original technique of Konoha’s legendary Hatake Kakashi, the user focuses an enormous amount of chakra into one hand, so much that it becomes visible and emits a chirping noise like the sound of a thousand birds. The shinobi runs towards his enemy and thrusts quickly to cut through him, and the jutsu is indeed so powerful that it is rumored to be able to halve even a lightning bolt. However, because the user is moving so fast to attack, he is unable to detect any counterattacks executed by the enemy, so it is ideal to use Chidori in tandem with another technique that can alert the user to counters, such as a doujutsu.

Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)
Description: Developed by Yondaime Hokage and later adopted by Uzumaki Naruto as one of his signature techniques, Rasengan forms a spiral sphere of compact chakra in the palm of the user’s hand. It does not look like much, but it packs a tremendously uber punch, capable of blowing out holes in metal and blasting enemies through most surfaces, whether they be walls, ceilings, or rocks. In addition to the severe knockback power this possesses, the Rasengan is capable of dealing internal damage, making it a very valuable jutsu.

Odama Rasengan (Great Ball Spiraling Sphere)
Prerequisites: Kage Bunshin no jutsu(Shadow Clone Jutsu), Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)
Description: This is simply a larger and more powerful version of the Spiraling Sphere, but also more unstable. The user needs a clone to form and control the energy.

Futon: Rasenshuriken (Wind Release: Spiraling Shuriken)
Prerequisites: Rasengan(Spiraling Sphere)
Description: A variation on the Wind Release: Spiraling Sphere, this jutsu reshapes the wind chakra used in the technique into a large, four-pointed shuriken. The sphere in the center remains intact. The technique is unstable, dissipating a few seconds after it is formed. Additionally, despite its shape, it can't be thrown like a shuriken. It has to be used against the opponent at point-blank range to work. If used successfully, however, it traps its victim in a swirling dome of wind chakra that tears the victim apart, leaving a huge crater in its wake. Even Sharingan-enhanced vision is incapable of tracking the number of times the technique cuts the victim.

Futon: Rasengan (Wind Release: Rasengan)
Prerequisites: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere), Kage Bushin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)
Description: This jutsu combines the user's wind-based chakra with the Spiraling Sphere, maintaining the stability of the previous version while increasing its power by a significant degree. Unlike the regular Spiraling Sphere, which requires a single clone to help form the sphere, this version requires a second clone to mix in the wind-based chakra. Despite the damage it can currently cause, the technique is still only half complete.

Neon Rasengan (Neon Spiraling Sphere)
Prerequisites: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)
Description: The user combines Spiraling Sphere with the neon rays of a full moon to engulf it in a white blinding light, making the attack more powerful.

Ultra Rasengan (Ultra Spiraling Sphere)
Prerequistisites: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere), Kage Bushin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)
Description: The user uses the local spring machines to power-up a normal Spiraling Sphere, making it change into the seven-colored chakra powers.

Katon: Rasengan (Fire Release: Spiraling Sphere)
Prerequisites: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere), Kage Busin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)
Description: This jutsu combines the user's fire-based chakra with the Spiraling Sphere, maintaining the stability of the previous version while increasing its power by a significant degree. During his training, the user is able to create a massive crater in the ground. Unlike the regular Spiraling Sphere, which requires a single clone fire-based chakra. Despite the damage it can currently cause, the technique is still only half complete.

Rasengan Nirentotsu: (Twin Spiraling Sphere)
Prerquisites: Katon:Rasengan (Fire Release: Spiraling Sphere), Kage Bushin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu) or from a friend, Futon: Rasengan (Wind Release: Spiraling Sphere)
Description: By the help of two shadow clones or a friend the user can make two Rasengans (Spiraling Spheres) in both hands this is the Hardest of all the Spiraling Spheres to learn. In one hand it will be wind chakra and in the other will be fire.

Chidori Nagashi (One Thousand Birds Current)
Prerquistisites: Chidori(One Thousand Birds)
Description: A variation on a regular One Thousand Birds developed by Sasuke during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to cover himself in electricity, instead of just concentrating it in his hand. The electricity can be channeled anywhere, allowing the user to enhance his attacks with it. Because it is channeled throughout his entire body and not concentrated, the electricity will only cause temporary paralysis instead of killing an opponent. While this is not a problem in one-on-one battles, it does allow others to save their comrade if Sasuke is outnumbered. the user can also channel the electricity through a sword that they have, increasing its overall strength and cutting power.

Genjutsu

Academy Students:

Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique)
Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.

Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.

Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood)
Description: This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell.

Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique)
Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.

Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.

Genin:

Magen: Kokuni Arazu No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique)
Description: An illusion technique which disguises the surroundings as something else. For instance, you can make a classroom number that actually is room 201 appears as room 301... This will only work on targets no bigger than an adult man.

Magen: Narakumi No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Vision of Hell Technique)
Description: A low level illusion skill, which makes the opponent envision a very traumatic scene. After being put in some form of trance by leaves, grass, flower petals, and dust flying in front of the eyes, the target creates this vision himself. The jutsu only forces the target to think about the worst event possible for them, and then capitalizes on that by showing it happen.

Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Fellow Mind Skill)
Prerequisites: Magen: Kokuni Arazu no Jutsu
Description: This technique was developed in order to slow down an enemy’s movement and confuse them while the user prepares an assault against them. It cannot be used in combat, therefore the user has to ensure that they are unseen by the enemy and hidden from their view. Then performing a series of seals, they create a powerful genjutsu that binds the selected targets to the area they are currently in. This means, every time the victims attempt to leave the area they will loop around and be straight back to the beginning.

Senro Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Track Covering Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that allows you to cover up foot prints in mud, snow, sand and grass. With each step the user takes they send a small burst of chakra to their feet. The chakra that is left on the ground where they stepped creates an illusion that makes it look like whatever element they were walking in hasn‘t been disturbed. The illusion lasts for three hours and then begins to diminish.

Meisai no Jutsu (Camouflage Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to become transparent and slink into the confines of a natural resource. It takes a small amount of chakra to initiate but it can take quite a bit depending on how long you wish to stay camouflaged within the confines of the natural resource. Elaborating on natural resources, it must be something like a tree or the ground or a boulder that has not been created or shaped by mankind.

Chuunin:

Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal)
Description: This simple genjutsu is one that is used for testing the skill, logic and handling pressure abilities of many academy students and genin. When applied on an opponent or a test subject, they will feel as if they are upside down with their feet still on the ground but feeling as if the direction of “down” is the direction of the sky. This genjutsu puts much stress on the mind of an opponent, since there is a strong feeling (mainly because the user has suggested it into the opponent’s mind) that if heshe would move one of their legs, heshe will “fall” into the sky. This genjutsu is superb at testing which genin or academy student has the bravery of taking a calculated risk, and is most used by academy teachers, rather than in combat.
There is a very easy way to defeat this genjutsu, hence its simplicity and the common use of it as a test: you only have to move one of your legs and the directions of up and down automatically right themselves.

Genjutsu Kai (Release)
Special: This skill is not available at character creation for Genin unless they are of the Genjutsu Specialist archetype.
Description: A jutsu that destroys/cancels out an illusionary jutsu attempted on the user once it is recognized as an illusion. With very powerful shinobi, Kai may be performed without handseals.

Atama Kusari No Jutsu (Chained Mind Technique)
Description: This technique uses intricate hand movements and subtle chakra waves to render the target hypnotized and incapable of movement*. However, this effect will only last as long as the shinobi continues to perform the technique and the target can see the shinobi's hands. In other words, while performing this jutsu, you are helpless, but so is your target. (Similar to the Shadow Bind technique, but this genjutsu uses far less chakra). Ideally, this technique would be used as part of a team strategy.
*If the target cannot see the shinobi's hands, the technique will not take hold.

Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)
Description: Another genjutsu that is meant to scare the opponent into surrendering or retreating. The shinobi makes it look like a glowing and sparkling chakra aura surrounds him/her, so that he/she is extremely powerful and dangerous. The color of the chakra is up to the user but it is often red, black or purple in order to make it look more evil and powerful. The enemy can see the chakra as well as feel its enormous (but fake) strength and presence.

Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike)
Description: For this technique the user must have eye contact with the target. A single hand seal is formed and the user vanishes with a loud bang. In an instant the user is standing in front of the target, a weapon (such as a kunai or katana) plunged into the opponent's body. The opponent feels a blast of pain and the shock of being stabbed, but then the illusion of the user vanishes, revealing it was merely genjutsu. This technique means to paralyze the target in temporary terror.

Ataeru Kanjoo No Jutsu (Inflict Emotion Technique)
Description: This is a fairly high level genjutsu where the shinobi temporarily changes the emotions of the target to his/her liking. The emotions imparted can be anything from ecstasy, despair, overconfidence, grief, etc. One would be advised against using this technique on teammates, however. After the effect has passed, the victim remembers the one who used the technique, and almost always with hostility.

Nemuri (Sleep)
Description: A genjutsu technique where the ninja places their hand on their target's shoulder and forces them into a deep slumber. A useful technique when subterfuge is involved with a mission, but utterly useless in combat.

Nise Shookanjoo No Jutsu (False Summons Technique)
Description: This crafty technique has the user mimic the hand gestures used to perform a summon; however, nothing is actually summoned except for an incredibly lifelike illusion shaped to the caster's will. Since the only thing being created is a chakra projection and not flesh, this genjutsu can be used by lower level shinobi who would normally not have the skills to perform an actual summon. The catch is that the shinobi's genjutsu skills will determine the size and detail of the chakra projection. (A genin might be able to create a false summons of a tracking dog, while a jounin could create a false summons of Gamabunta himself). The illusion is extraordinarily lifelike, in fact is indistinguishable from the real McCoy (of course, not to the Byakugan or Sharingan); its movements are controlled directly by the shinobi. If attacked, the chakra projection will stay there, but any decent ninja would figure out it's an illusion and simply ignore it then. The best use of this technique would be for intimidation or as a bluff ("that punk kid shouldn't be able to summon THAT! He must be a genius!").
Note: Making an illusion of higher level summoning can only be done by jounin-ranked genjutsu specialists. Anyone else is limited to medium-sized summons at best (Orochimaru's snakes at the Forest of Death, for example)

Koudo Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal, Advanced Version)
Prerequisite: Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal)
Description: This is the same genjutsu, but with a twist: When the subject of the jutsu eventually moves one of hisher feet, instead of directions returning to normal, heshe will start to “fall” towards the sky, while on the outside world they will simply become unconscious. The advanced version of the genjutsu isn’t used as a test as commonly as the simple version, mainly because at the wrong hands, the metaphorical fall may cause an actual coma, and at extreme and rare cases, death.

Kitsunetsuki (Spiritual Possession)
Prerequisites: Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)
Description: An upgrade of the Fake Chakra Power illusionary technique. The chakra aura becomes bigger and more intensified. The user’s body starts to change into something evil, like a demon. The form is up to the user. He/she can grow longer sharper fingernails and teeth, change hair and eye and skin color, grow horns from anywhere on the body.

Jounin:

Genmu no Henshuubyou (Visions of Paranoia)
Description: This is an area effect that once the victim(s) have entered the area, they start to think that there are things watching them. The area effect makes it looks like there are shinobi in the trees or hiding. When seen through the corner of the eye they are there, yet upon moving the head to pinpoint the spies they seem to vanish. The technique stays even in a combat situation, and can be lethally distracting for the enemy.

Naisenranki no Jutsu (Internal Spawn Technique)
Description: Once that target is caught in the genjutsu (by seeing the user perform sealing) they begin to feel something moving inside of them. In a few moments slimy, blood covered tentacles come out of every orifice (mouth, nose, ears, eyes anything else in your imagination, wounds) in their body. It tastes like blood and many other bodily fluids (and makes strange squelching sounds). One of the effects is causing a gagging reflex. This gives the feeling of a helpless sort of weakening on the body.

Nehan Shouja No Jutsu (Salvation Temple Technique)
Description: A high level illusion skill which is capable of putting a large crowd of people into a deep sleep, using imaginary feathers and chakra.

Enmaku no Jutsu (Smokescreen Technique)
Description: Forming the hands into a seal, the user fills up the area with an illusionary smokescreen, impossible to penetrate with the eyes or ears. Only the user is not affected, and can use this as a perfect escape plan, or even an attacking strategy. However, the smoke cannot be felt or smelled, which may cause the enemy to realize it is an illusionary smokescreen.

Kouchi no Jutsu (Slow Down Skill)
Prerequisites: Tenjou Gyakumodori (Heaven and Earth Reversal)
Description: After performing the necessary hand seals the user may attack. However, to the victim it takes five seconds longer for the user to even do the attack. Essentially, the user has a five second delay advantage over the victim. As soon as the victim and the user make bodily contact this jutsu is dispelled.

Gensou no Udai (World of Illusion)
Description: A technique that is meant to find out vital information from people without using physical torture, mostly on prisoners and captives. It cannot be used during battle. The victim is put into a hypnotized half-sleep like state where he/she is balancing between being conscious and unconscious. While hypnotized, a person’s inhibition is greatly lowered, and they are much more likely to comply with the hypnotist’s demands. Some victims are able to resist the technique. It can take just a few minutes or several hours but sooner or later they will break, and tell their enemies anything they need to know. Only the user can communicate with the victim. The victim cannot see or hear any other enemies or allies. Once brought back, a victim does not remember anything what happened while he/she was under the influence of the genjutsu.

Gotai Habamu no Jutsu (Body Stop Technique)
Prerequisite: Suguni Ouda (Instant Strike)
Description: The first primitive version of Leaf’s Kishibari no Jutsu. After forming the proper seals, the user seems to swirl and vanish into thin air. Instead of using a tree to trap the victim, it seems as though the user has appeared behind the enemy like a solid ghost, gripping the back of his neck with one arm. The victim feels a sense of paralysis settle over his body, and the user is free to do to his captive what he wants. The technique lasts two posts: in the first, the user disappears (and the victim can still move), in the second the user re-appears and paralysis takes hold, but it wears off after that one post of being unable to move.

Hyoukai Nikutai no Jutsu (Melting Flesh Skill)
Description: Upon watching the user form the necessary hand seals, the victim will see many chains suddenly surround and bind him to the ground, upright. Slowly, he will feel the flesh on his bones melt and drip to the floor, all over, on his limbs and torso and face. There is a great deal of illusionary pain involved, of course… Even after the effects are over, the victim feels compelled to pat himself, just to make sure he isn’t really melting.

Kage/Densetsu:

Chishio Kayumi no Jutsu (Blood Itch Technique)
Prerequisite: Naisenranki no Jutsu (Internal Spawn)
Description: This requires eye contact with the enemy. Immediately after, the victim feels an incredible itching all over his body, and invariably, he will begin to scratch. Yet, the scratching both alleviates and heightens the itching sensation. The victim scratches harder, reddening his skin, and then harder still, eventually tearing some of his clothing and right into his own flesh. Still, the itching doesn’t stop—it seems to be taunting him right from his very core. The technique ends by itself after three posts; by then the victim will have scratched himself into quite the quivering, bloody mess. More than one shinobi to fall under this genjutsu has clawed himself right down to the bone.

Tataki Nouzui (Mince Meat Brain)
Description: This requires the user to make physical contact with the head region of the intended victim, even if it is just a tap on the back of the head. After, the enemy will feel the urge to sneeze, and will do so… but wait! What is that on his hands and the ground?
To the victim, he will see a tiny puddle of slimy, slightly translucent fluid with little bits of pale-pink, squishy meat, and he realizes to his horror that he’s just sneezed out a bit of his brain. Shocked, the genjutsu induces the victim to sneeze yet again, expelling more of his brain through his nose and mouth. The more panicked he becomes, the more he sneezes. Though there is little pain involved, being exposed to this genjutsu for too long may reduce the victim to an incoherent babbling mess, so convinced is he that he’s sneezed half his brains out. Proper counseling might help, if such is the case.

Jissei Muma no Jutsu (True Nightmare Technique)
Prerequisite: Nemuri (Sleep)
Description: This technique requires physical contact with the victim before it can take hold, and even then, it will only show itself after the victim has fallen asleep, whether by force of jutsu or naturally. In this nightmare, he dreams of being attacked and shredded by wild beasts, monsters, demons, perhaps all three, and amazingly, he can feel the pain from his injuries but will not wake up. The screams from this sleeping torture are chilling to hear. After waking up, he may be afraid to sleep for several weeks.

Seibai no Shinigami (Death God’s Judgement)
Special: mod approval
Description: A technique that can literally scare an opponent to death. First everything becomes black around the victim and he/she can only see his/her own body. Suddenly a large spirit emerges in front of him/her… the Death God himself! The sight of the God of Death paralyzes most victims in fear. The Death God moves his clawed arm into the chest of the victim without causing any physical wounds and starts to slowly pull out the victim’s soul. The victim does not feel any physical pain, but still screams as the very essence of life leaves him/her and then has to watch as the Death God devours the soul. The technique can leave psychological damage on the victim and can only be restored by a skilled jounin healer.

Medical Jutsu

Note: Non-medical ninja may only use up to genin level jutsu.

Academy Students:

Shindan (Diagnosis)
Description: The first step in treatment is understanding the problem. With this skill a shinobi uses their hands to carefully probe a patient for problems. This technique is preformed by kneeling over a patient and slowly running both hands over their body, looking for signs of injury that may not be visible to the naked eye. It can detect things such as internal injury, improper heart rate, non-apparent bone fractures, poisoning, and disease. A ninja of higher rank has learned to use this technique to perform a rudimentary examination of a body to determine cause and time of death. A Genin using this skill takes several minutes of work to determine the nature of a problem, a Chuunin takes less than a minute and a Jounin requires only a few seconds.

Kiyomaru (Cleanse)
Description: It is not always possible for a medical nin to practice basic hand washing and other procedures. This technique has the effect of instantly removing bacteria, dirt, blood, and other contaminants from the user’s hands, lower arms, and face. It also insures that any breath that comes from the user’s body will be free of any bacteria or infectious disease. This technique can also be used to clean the wounds of others in order to prevent infection from bacteria. It the event that the medical nin is using this technique to prevent infection of an injury that has been inflicted upon them, it is used as if the shinobi were using it on somebody else.

Shiatsu (Massage)
Description: For a variety of reasons, muscles, tendons, and ligaments can become overworked and painful. This may be because of some type of injury or it may simply be the result of too much work without enough rest. By applying the proper amount of pressure at the right points and using small amounts of chakra a medical nin is able to relieve pain and help the patients body recover more quickly. A strain or sprain can seriously hinder the effectiveness of a shinobi and as such this technique really can make a difference.

Teikouryoku (Power of Resistance)
Description: A medical nin must always be aware of becoming a victim of whatever their patient is suffering from. With this technique a medical nin temporarily increases their resistance to diseases and poisons. It has no effect on diseases or poisons already affecting the medical nin. This technique improves as the medical nin grows in power and affords greater resistance to a wider range of diseases and poisons.

Tekishutsu (Extraction)
Description: When a patient’s body has a foreign object in it, such as the point of a shuriken, a senbon needle, or an arrow, it is important to remove the object without further harming the patient. Using this technique the medical nin places their hands on either side of the injured area and uses chakra to very carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues in order to remove the object without causing any further damage. Depending on the severity of the wound and nature of the object, it can take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes to remove it.

Genin:

Gantai no Jutsu (Bandage Skill)
Description: Bandages can mean the difference between life and death but unfortunately bandages can run out. Medical nin have learned to make temporary bandages from their surroundings. Objects such as grass, sand, water and many others can be woven together over a wound to create a temporary bandage. The bandage lasts for about five minutes without a supply of chakra from the medical nin.

Sansokyoukyuu (Oxygen Supply)
Description: While it is possible for anyone to do CPR without chakra, this technique is an improvement. By holding their hands over a patient’s chest a shinobi is able to use chakra to very carefully massage the heart and lungs in to functioning. This technique is not effective if for some reason the air passage is blocked, it does not provide oxygen or blood, only forces air in and out of the lungs and makes the heart continue to beat. A Chuunin is able to perform this technique on two patients at once if the need should arise. This technique requires that patients be unconscious and still before it will work and as such it will not work to disrupt the breathing and heart rate of anyone who is awake.

Keksuki Gyouko (Blood Coagulation)
Description: A simple healing technique. The user uses his chakra on a wound to make the blood there coagulate and stop bleeding. This is primarily used as a preliminary treatment option as it does not close wounds. The bleeding from superficial wounds can easily be stopped but deep wounds can require several minutes to stop.

Jokyo Dokubutsu (Poison Removal)
Description: This technique does not cure a poisoning; it simply extracts a portion of the poison and prevents immediate death. This technique allows a medical nin enough time to prepare an antidote for the poison. This technique can also be used to slow down the effects of a poison used against the medical nin so as to give them time to escape or prepare an antidote for themselves. A patient will still die from a lethal poison even if this technique is used if the poison is not treated. This technique is less effective against highly advanced poisons.

Chuunin:

Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor)
Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

Ondochousetsu (Temperature Control)
Description: Normal body temperature can be disrupted for one reason or another and this technique is used to restore it. It can be used to treat abnormally high or low body temperatures either by using chakra to infuse the patients body with heat or by using chakra to siphon off excess heat. It is not required for the medical nin to continue to use this technique in order for it to be effective but unless the cause of the abnormal body temperature is solved then it will occur again over time.

Summon Medical Tools
Requirements: Scroll
Description: This technique allows a medical nin to summon some of the tools of their trade. It is not practical to carry around mortar, pestle, and other tools but a scroll that can be used to summon these and other similar objects is both practical and convenient. A higher ranking nin can use this technique to summon more specialized and advanced tools for poison creation and ninja medicine creation but at this level it is only good for medicine creation.

Kigusuri Souzou (Medicine Creation)
Requirements: Summon Medical Tools
Description: A medical nin has learned to study the effects of various naturally occurring compounds on the human body and how they can be combined in order to create medicine. In spite of increased knowledge of medical techniques there are times when mixing a medicine is the only solution to a problem. Medicine creation has a variety of uses, such as creating poison antidotes, healing ointments, and disease fighting. Medicines can also be used to treat minor every day ailments such as an upset stomach or cold. A Genin using this skill has only rudimentary knowledge and often requires a small guide in order to find and create basic medicines. A Chuunin will know how to prepare a medicine for any normal injury, poison, or disease. Advanced and highly specialized medicines, such as those needed to counteract the negative effects of the Akimichi 3 color pills, require the knowledge of a Jounin who has learned more through experience than could be found in any book.

Chishio Tensou no Jutsu (Blood Transfusion Skill)
Description: Loss of blood is a serious condition, and not very uncommon one in the shinobi battlefield. When a person reaches such a dangerous state, a medical nin can ease their symptoms by using this jutsu. First, the medical nin places a surgically precise cut on the patient and then another cut on the donor. The donor and the recipient must have their respective cuts within six inches of each other; this is typically accomplished by cutting their opposing arms and having them lay beside each other. The medical nin then forms a sphere of chakra between the two cuts drawing out blood from both patients and altering it so that the blood type of the donor matches that of the recipient. It is important to remember that taking more than 1 pint of blood from a donor is extremely dangerous, even with the loss of only 1 pint of blood the donor may suffer from dizziness and fatigue.

Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. This is the more advanced level of Chiyute no Jutsu, used by Chuunin and is required to advance to level five. A Chuunin has learned to use Chiyute no Jutsu with greater control and efficiency and it is now possible to treat deep serious injuries that might otherwise result in death from bleeding.

Chakra Enjintou (Chakra Scalpel)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique used, primarily, for field surgery. The ninja concentrates a powerful aura of chakra around their hand, creating a blade capable of tearing through muscles and arteries, or breaking bone, without actually breaking the skin of the person they're using it on. This technique can also be used to repair the chakra system in a patient if for some reason it has been damaged. When used offensively, in combat, it is difficult to concentrate on the length and power of the scalpel, making it harder to successfully hit an enemy's arteries, ensuring a kill.

Zesshi Nensan (Fanged Tongue Acid)
Description: A very corrosive acid which is expelled from the mouth. It is capable of being projected far distances, with the strength to even dissolve rocks. However, being as acidic as it is, it must be spat very cautiously from the mouth, making it a very slow attack that will not succeed unless your opponent's speed is hindered.

Souzou Dokubutsu (Poison Creation)
Requirements: Summon Medical Tools
Description: Just as there are many naturally occurring substances that can be combined in order to heal, there are many naturally occurring substances that can be used to harm. Using their knowledge of plants and minerals a medical nin is able to mix together a variety of drugs and poisons that can range from disabling to deadly. It is not always the case however that it is used to harm. This skill is required to create anesthetics and other drugs required to treat patients. Chuunin are able to create poisons that can be ingested or used to coat sharp objects but more advanced poisons such as skin contact poisons require a Jounin.

Jounin:

Hone Chiyu no jutsu (Bone Healer Skill)
Description: A variation of Chiyute no jutsu. When an ally has broken or fractured a bone. The ideal way to use this technique is to prepare a concentrated calcium pill with medicine creation but in the absence of the pill it is possible to force the patient’s bones to release higher concentrations of calcium in to the body than normal. Using the extra calcium, Chiyute no Jutsu is activated, but uses less chakra since the user already has the calcium to work with, but will only work on bone tissue. It is important to remember that bones must be properly and often painfully set back in place before they are repaired. It is not possible to treat bones that have been shattered in to small pieces (comminuted fracture, or ‘What Gaara did to Lee’) with this technique.

Hekirekite no Jutsu (Thunder Hands Technique)
Description: A ninjutsu in which the user focuses the chakra in his hands so that they can create an electric shock able to give a sufficient enough to make the heart start beating again in the event it has stopped. To use this technique, a medical nin places one hand on the patient’s upper right chest, just below the shoulder and the other hand on the left side of the patients chest, several inches below the arm and to the left of the chest. It is important that the patient be dry as possible when this technique is used and that no other person is touching.

Satsugaite no Jutsu (Killing Hands Technique)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of killing chakra, which is the complete opposite of the Chiyute no Jutsu (Healing Hands Technique). Through concentrating their chakra in a manner opposing the Chiyute, instead of rebuilding and restoring another person's cells, this jutsu intends to destroy and unravel another person's cells.

Chuusuusei Shikeikiden (Central Nervous System Electrical Shock)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja turns their chakra into an electrical pulse which is transmitted into an enemy's body by striking the base of their neck. The electrical impulse travels up their brain stem and disrupts the flow of electricity in the nervous system. The brain cannot work like this, thus all communication between the brain and body are confused, causing a person to move their arm when they should be moving their leg, and generally debilitating them. Only an unusually skilled ninja would be able to overcome such a handicap.

Chiyute No Jutsu: Ichidanto (Healing Hands Technique: Major)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses chakra into the palms of their hands, creating a small ball of healing chakra. This chakra, when concentrated, can repair physical damage to another person. With this level of technique, a Jounin has reached the end of what can be accomplished without the aid of a hospital. All but the most critical injuries can be healed and in some cases even injuries that would otherwise lead to a swift death can be reduced just enough to transport the patient to a hospital.

Ninja Kigusuri Souzou (Ninja Medicine Creation)
Description: Ever wonder who exactly makes something like a soldier pill or a blood replenishment pill? The answer is a medical nin with extremely advanced knowledge of how to make medicine. With this skill a medical nin is able to create beneficial tools for allies and team mates using naturally occurring substances. Most medicines are closely guarded secrets in villages and in some cases they are only passed down directly from master to student. Unlike normal medicine creation, this technique is not possible ‘in the field’ and requires a medical nin to at least set up a makeshift medicine lab in order to create the desired medicine.

Saisei no Saibou (Cell Regeneration)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique where the ninja focuses all of their chakra into one part of their body just before an attack. The moment that attack connects, the chakra activates the natural regeneration of the body's cellular makeup, repairing the damage done by an attack the moment after it is done. An extremely powerful jutsu, and at all times it uses almost all of the ninja's chakra, pretty much ending the battle for the user.

Biransei no Jutsu (Poison Gas Technique)
Description: Technique creates a cloud of poisonous gas that erupts from the ninja’s mouth in a stream. The cloud clears a distance between the ninja and their enemy, as not to capture the ninja himself within its area of effect. Any enemy caught within its area of effect will succumb to the poison’s effects.

Shinzou no Suiryoku no Jutsu (Heart thrust skill)
Description: Using chakra at the fingertips, the medical nin is able, with a direct and accurate blow to an opponent's thorax, to cause a slight heart attack, and other serious heart conditions such as VT, VF and so on. The blow must be very accurate and done with exactly two fingers, the chakra at the tips of said fingers travels upon impact to the heart and the arteries surrounding it. The possibilities are quite endless at that point, as the destructive chakra is capable of ripping a part one or two arteries, fracture the heart muscle and even force the coronary veins to tighten, resulting in a mild heart attack.

Kage/Densetsu:

Shinreitejutsu (Psychic Surgery)
Description: This skill is used to perform major surgical procedures. Unlike normal surgery this skill does not require instruments. The medical nin literally inserts their bare hands in to the patient and attempts repair. The difficulty of this procedure depends greatly on the exact kind of operation being performed. It is even possible to remove an organ with this procedure in the event that it has been too severely damaged to repair. Most surgery require hours of exhausting work by the medical nin and only when there is no other choice should such a procedure be attempted in the field.

Saisei (Regeneration)
Description: A healing technique is useless when a portion of a patient’s body has been destroyed. Burns from fire or acid, nerve damage from toxin, lung damage from some diseases, all simply can’t be healed away because the body has literally no means to correct them. This technique remedies the problem. By using healthy skin, muscle and other tissues, portions of a patient’s body can be reconstructed. This technique can correct most forms of damage but requires great effort on the part of the medical nin and in the case of injuries that have gone unhealed for too long, the technique is only partially effective. Some portion of the damaged area must be remaining in order to reconstruct it so it is not possible to reconstruct missing limbs with this technique.

Shinkeitsuu (Neuralgia)
Description: This technique creates unbearable pain. In order to use this technique a medical nin first gathers chakra in their hand and then touch any point on the victims body, the nerves in the immediate area will be assaulted with a pain so severe that it’s debilitating. It is not possible to withstand this pain and targets of this technique will often desperately clutch at the inflicted area while screaming. The pain inflicted by this technique fades but the area affected remains extremely sore for at least a day.

Circle of Enlightenment
Type: Hijutsu (Secret medical jutsu)
Description: One of the most powerful jutsus ever known to shinobi, this one requires at least 5 medical nins who are willing to lend their healing chakra to the user in order for the technique to succeed. First and foremost, this jutsu requires a preparation of one hour in which the user writes down intricate seals on the floor. These will be used as medium for healing chakra.
Then, a severely wounded creature (can be an animal) will be placed in the center of the intricate drawing. Now comes the most important part, when on each of the 4 corner of the complex drawing, a medical nin will sit, ready to push in chakra while the user of the jutsu will stand near its side. The fifth medical nin will sit at one of the drawing's sides and will have the key role in the jutsu, as he or she are responsible for harnessing the other medical nins' healing chakras and diverting it towards the accelerated healing.
Then, it begins- Healing chakra is pushed forward in an amazing rate, with the seals acting as medium for the chakra to pass through to the patient's body. The mass amount of healing chakra combined with a sample of the patient's DNA has a stunning effect- Even the most mortal of wounds are able to heal in a matter of minutes. The same goes for ailments, poisons and deceases; the jutsu also has a cleansing effect on the body.
After the jutsu is done, most times users will require a great deal of rest after using so much chakra. Obviously, this jutsu is impossible to use during combat, and should only be preformed in a hospital, where other medical nins are present to oversee the procedure and to help out if things go wrong.

Souzousaisei (Genesis Rebirth)
Description: A Ninjutsu technique that only those with the Souseki Fuuin (Genesis Seal) can perform. By gathering chakra into their seal over a period of time, they can then use that gathered chakra by releasing the seal. The chakra accelerates the production of various enzymes in their body, causing almost instant cellular reformation, healing absolutely any mortal wound, including extensive damage to internal organs. However, the number of times cells can multiply is limited, so using this technique takes away from the total life span of the ninja using it.

Sennen Goroshi [One Thousand Years of Pain]
Description: An end-all Taijutsu maneuver involving just the first two fingers of each hand extended together and then driven into the a** of the ninja's opponent. Surprising and painful, this technique not only inflicts damage, but also thoroughly humiliates the ninja's opponent. Anyone with fingers and no morals can use this technique. A variation of this jutsu is also used with a kunai and explosive tags.

Dainamikku-Entori [Dynamic Entry]
Description: This is simply a flying jump kick straight at the enemy. Usually used as an opening or surprise attack.

Youjitsuba [Spitting Toothpick]
Requirement: A Toothpick
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja spits a toothpick out of their mouth. Attacking in this manner, while the enemy is normally focusing on your hands, provides a small element of surprise, but with much more effectiveness when used following a distraction.

Genin:

Asshou [Pressure Palm]
Description: This is a taijutsu technique where the ninja drives their fist into their opponent while they are on the ground, crushing and grinding them into the earth. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Dainamikku Makingu [Dynamic Marking]
Requirement: Approved Dog Pet
Description: The pet marks opponents, objects, etc. by scent, by urinating on the target. What makes this Dynamic is that the user’s pet is flying and twisting through the air while performing this technique. This move is able to mark multiple targets in rapid succession.

Fuma Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Wind Shuriken Shadow Windmill]
Requirements: 2 Fuma Shuriken
Description: This attack uses a Fuma Shuriken (a big, aerodynamically designed shuriken with curved blades). The user throws 2 shurikens at the opponent; however, one is hidden just beneath the first one, creating a perfect shadow. The opponent believes that only one shuriken is thrown, so after dodging it, the second shuriken appears from the blind spot, surprising the opponent, and possibly damaging him/her.

Gatsuga [Double Piercing Fang]
Requirements: Approved Dog Pet
Description: The user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beastlike attacks when contact is made with the target. This attack can also be done alone although it is less effective.

Haridoku [Poison Needles]
Requirements: Appropriate Equipment
Description: A taijutsu technique involving several chutes strapped along the ninja's arm, loaded with poison-tipped needles attached to strings. The strings are tied to the loaders in the back of the chutes that house the needles, which the ninja draws back in attack. Upon release, the loaders shoot forward, snapping the strings and firing the needles at the ninja's enemy.

Harisuzu [Bell Needles]
Requirements: Appropriate Equipment
Description: A taijutsu technique where the attacker attaches bells to needles to mislead the enemy into reacting to sound instead of movement. In this way, one or many needles with bells can be thrown, quickly followed by regular needles that would catch the opponent off guard when they react to the sound. Even if the bell needles miss, they cans till be used to mislead the enemy into reacting to sound by attaching strings to the bells, allowing the attacker to create the distraction of sound at any time during the fight, opening their opponent up for another attack.

Hayabusa Otoshi [Peregrine Falcon Drop]
Description: The attacker grabs a falling opponent by their ankles, wraps his legs around their waist, and drives them head first into the ground.

Houshou [Crushing Fist]
Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja palm strikes their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating. This move is capable of knocking an opponent approximately 30-40 feet back.

Kage Buyou [Leaf Shadow Dance]
Requirements: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]
Description: An attack which on its own does pretty much nothing yet can inflict great damage when in combination with other jutsus. This jutsu is an aerial set-up, meaning the enemy has to be in the air for it to fully function. Once in the air, the shinobi positions himself just below the opponent while in the air. Thus, the ninja becomes their opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent unable to escape from a follow-up attack.

Konoha Daisenpu [Leaf Great Whirlwind]
Description: A powerful leap forward, using the extra momentum to perform a powerful spinning kick with both legs in mid air, the second kick often being aimed lower in case the intended planned ducks. The technique is most effective at ranges of 2-3 meters, because if you miss or they dodge, you have at least made it past your opponent and have a chance to react before they can mount a significant counter-attack.

Konoha Reppuu [Leaf Violent Wind]
Description: This is a very simple, yet effective technique, which can be used for anybody who comes charging with a direct attack. Using his leg, the shinobi swipes the attacker's feet off the ground by moving his dominant leg across the opponent's feet, tripping him. This sends the opponent flying away from the defender in an awkward position, and probably smashing into another object such as a tree.

Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind]
Description: This taijutsu attack uses a combination of speed, strength, and the element of surprise. It is a perfect move to link up with other aerial attacks. For this taijutsu, the ninja first disappears using a really fast movement. The opponent, obviously, is totally confused. However, seconds later, the attacking shinobi appears just below their opponent, and by raising his dominant leg, kicks the enemy right on the chin. This would send the victim flying up into the air. The attacker can then proceed with an even more devastating follow-up attack. Leaf spinning wind is very hard to dodge, since the movement is so fast the opponent won't probably know about the attack until he gets kicked and is already high up in the air.

Renge Lotus
Description: Renge, a series of high-speed hand-to-hand combat moves. Because of its high speed and power it requires a lot of stamina and it strains the muscles. Should be used with caution.

Shou-Geki-Shou [Rising Impact Palm]
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja lifts up their opponent with one arm, retracts, and then drives their palm upward into their opponent, hurling them into the air. With impressive strength, this technique could be quite devastating.

Shoushitsu [Knee Strike]
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja braces against the ground and drives a powerful knee into their enemy, hurling them away. With impressive strength, this technique can be devastating.

Tokken [Tackle Charge]
Description: A Taijutsu technique where the ninja shoulder charges their enemy, driving them away or even into something stable. With impressive strength, this technique can be quite devastating.

Tsutenkyaku [Painful Sky Leg]
Description: This is basically just a kick down from the air, where the user (if gifted with an amazing amount of strength) uses their power to create an earthquake like effect and massive destruction to the surrounding area.

Chuunin:

Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi [Clone Spinning Heel Drop]
Requirement: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Description: Bunshin Kaiten Kakatou Otoshi is a taijutsu technique that can be truly devastating. The attacker first uses Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique] to create several clones. These clones and the user launch themselves into the air and begin to somersault. They then come spinning down, slamming their heels onto the target's shoulders and head.

Bunshin Taiatari [Clone Body Blow]
Requirement: Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Description: The user quickly creates a shadow clone above them, who dives at the target using a burst of chakra. Best used in combination with some kind of charging attack, this can sometimes be used to catch the opponent off-guard.

Garoga [Double Wolf Fang]
Requirements: Approved Dog Pet / Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro no Jutsu [Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf] / Dainamikku Makingu [Dynamic Marking]
Description: Used in combination with Jinju Konbi Henge: Sotoro [Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf], The user and their dog (in two-headed wolf form) perform a powerful Gatsuga-like attack. The speed in this technique is so extreme that both users are completely blinded by their own motion, Dainamikku Makingu [Dynamic Marking] is required prior so they can target by smell. This move is extremely powerful.

Haritsuba [Spitting Needles]
Requirements: needles
Description: A taijutsu technique where the ninja spits needles out of their mouth. Attacking in this manner, while the enemy is normally focusing on your hands, provides a small element of surprise, but with much more effectiveness when used following a distraction.

Hien [Flying Swallow]
Requirements: Blades
Description: Using chakra to extend the blades of the user’s blades, the user charges almost directly at their opponent with movements so swift it almost seems like they are flying. This usually results with a near-fatal blow across the chest to the target.

Konoha Gouriki Senpuu [Leaf Herculean Whirlwind]
Description: A taijutsu technique where the user spins with all of their strength and delivers a powerful, spinning, heel kick, blasting their opponent back. This kick can also be used to disarm an opponent since this kick is powerful enough to easily knock a weapon out of the opponent's hand. It is a much stronger version of the Konoha Daisenpuu [Leaf Great Whirlwind].

Konoha Shofu [Leaf Rising Wind]
Description: Using quickness and agility, the user will do a swift upwards kick at his opponent or at a weapon his opponent is wielding thus knocking it out of their hand or grip.

Midare Senbu [Chaos Fan Dance]
Requirements: A Fan
The user attacks the enemy with their fan, thus launching them into the air. They then throw their fan behind the enemy and disappear, reappearing behind the enemy. Finally, they grab the fan and strike the enemy headfirst into the ground.

Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu [Sakura Blizzard Technique]
Requirements: Kunai / Explosive Notes
Description: The user hurls several kunai at their opponent, each with a small sack of miniature explosive tags attached. The opponent, while deflecting the kunai, will cause the sacks to break and scatter the tags on themselves and the area around them. The user merely has to throw another kunai with an explosive tag to ignite them, thus catching their opponent in an immense explosion.

Shishi Rendan [Lion Combo]
Requirement: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] / Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance]
Description: A Taijutsu technique following the Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance], putting both the ninja and their opponent in the air, giving the attacking ninja the advantage. Four separate blows are delivered: a roundhouse kick, followed by a powerful backhand blow, followed by a driving blow to propel them towards the ground faster, and finishing with a hard-hitting axe kick into the ground, reinforcing the blow. This technique puts a great deal of strain on the user's body, which is why it is concluded that it is not a technique one could come to rely on.

Yanagi no Mai [Dance of the Willow]
Requirement: 2 Blades
Description: To perform this technique, the user must have two blades in their hands. The user can then use these blades to stab, slice, or even impale their target in the movements similar to that of dancing. With quick movements and fast jabs, this is a formidable dance.

Jounin:

Isshi Resshin [One-fingered Earthquake]
Description: A taijutsu technique that only the strongest ninjas can accomplish. With just one finger, the ninja can merely tap the ground and create an enormous split in the earth before them. Of course, with this strength, one finger could do more to the enemy directly, but this incorporates physical power and range into an attack.

Kage/Densetsu:

Omote Renge [Front Lotus]
Requirements: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] / Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance] / The ability to open the first of the Hachimontonkou [Eight Celestial Gates]
Description: A forbidden Taijutsu technique (Kinjutsu) that is truly disastrous to both the user and their target. To perform this technique, the ninja must first be able to open the Initial Gate, the first of the Hachimontonkou [Eight Celestial Gates] that limit the amount of chakra a person's body can release in combat. Normally, the human body uses only twenty percent of the power of its muscles. Opening this gate allows the ninja to use thirty percent of that power, putting more strain on their muscles.
This technique utilizes the Taijutsu skill Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance], sending the opponent airborne and then paralleling them self with their shadow. At this point, bandages from the ninja's arms are wrapped around the opponent, constricting them and leaving them defenseless as the attacking ninja spins violently into the ground, crushing their opponent.

Asa Kujaku [Morning Peacock]
Requirements: The Ability To Open The Sixth Of The Eight Celestial Gates
Description: Asa Kujaku is a taijutsu technique which is without any doubt the strongest Taijutsu attack. The user first opens the sixth gate Keimon, or possibly the first six gates, which gives him access to an enormous amount of chakra. Using this tremendous burst of power and speed, he will approach his opponent in a distinctive stance. When near enough, he will kick his opponent and launch them into the air. He will then strike them multiple times, causing the distinctive peacock fan to develop. His opponent will then fall back to the earth, covered in the strike's aura.

Shin Ura Renge [True Reverse Lotus]
Requirements: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] / Kage Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance] / The Ability To Open The Sixth Celestial Gate
Description: This advanced, more destructive version of the Renge requires the opening of the Sixth Gate, with a correspondingly higher cost to the user. Then Shin Ura Renge begins with the user kicking the opponent into the air, proceeding with the opening of the sixth gate. Once the sixth gate is open, the user launches him/herself into the stunned opponent constantly attacking them with speed so fast that the naked eye will only see light beams passing through the opponent.

Ura Renge [Extreme Lotus]
Requirements: Konoha Senpuu [Leaf Spinning Wind] / Konoha Buyou [Shadow Leaf Dance] / The Ability To Open The Life Gate (Third Of The Eight Celestial Gates)
Description: Another forbidden Taijutsu technique (Kinjutsu) that is truly disastrous to both the user and their target. To perform this technique, the ninja must first be able to open the Life Gate, the third of the Hachimontonkou (Eight Celestial Gates). Opening this gate allows the ninja to use fifty percent of their muscle power instead of the normal twenty; thus, putting even more extensive strain on their muscles. This dangerous technique normally causes the user to suffer permanent muscular damage after the attack is used.

Like the Omote Renge (Initial Lotus)
Description: This technique utilizes the Taijutsu skill Kage Konoha Buyou (Shadow Leaf Dance), sending the opponent airborne, but without paralleling their body. Instead, with the incredible increase in strength and speed, the ninja bats their floating opponent around with a series of incredibly quick and powerful blows, moving so quickly that they cannot be caught by mere human eyes. Once the initial damage is dealt, before the ninja's muscles give out, they wrap the bandages around their left arm around the waist of their opponent and deliver a single set-up blow. As they advance towards the ground, the ninja then jerks them back up with the bandage, and at the same time, drives their right fist and boot into them, driving them back down to the ground.

Description: One of the users kicks the enemy launching them, and then the other user appears behind appears infront of the enemy and kicks the enemy to launch them even further into the air. And then both appear on oppisite sides of the opponent making two shadows instead of on. Then both users start to punch the enemy back and forward. then both of you grab the enemy and crash them into the ground with a burning two-man Front Lotus. The two give the patented pose at the end. Snapshots are being made all the while.

Taijutsu - The 8 Celestial Gates
Phases of the Eight Gates

Initial Gate (Genin minimum)
Effect: 1/8 Speed and Taijutsu increase.
Description: Releases the brains limit on body muscles to achieve extra strength but does damage to tissue fibers.

Heal Gate (Chuunin minimum)
Effect: 1/8 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: Releases the brains limit on body stamina thus a tired person will seem like he was miraculously starting off again.

Life Gate (Chuunin minimum)
Effect: 1/6 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: Located near the throat on the spinal cord. Releases the limit of electrical functions on the nervous system, thus transmitting more information at a higher rate and sends signals to the cells to produce more stamina at a faster rate.

Pain Gate (Chuunin minimum)
Effect: 1/5 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: Located in between the lungs. Releases the limit of oxygen intake and thus makes circulatory systems work at a faster rate and produces more energy for the body to use. Causes the user to pass out when jutsu is released.

Limit Gate (Chuunin minimum)
Effect: 1/4 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: Located in the upper abdomen area. Releases the limit on how much chakra is stored and sent to body since this is the point where chakra is stored before consumption to other body parts or jutsu.

Great Gate (Chuunin minimum)
Effect: 1/3 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: Located near the intestine area. This gate removes the limit in the intestines to consume food that gives energy to the body, with this gate released the fat tissues or other useless energy source from the body will be consumed to give even more power to the user.

Shock Gate (Jounin minimum)
Effect: 1/2 Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Special: User is incapacitated after the jutsu ends or they run out of chakra.
Description: Located near the bladder area. Removes the limit on how fast the body can move. Removing of this gate removes the limit on the cleaning system of the body. This cleans out the wastes from dead body cells to feces produced by fat/protein consumption and lets the body work in a cleaner system and seemingly produce more power and stamina.

Death Gate (Jounin minimum)
Effect: Doubles Speed, Taijutsu, and Strength
Description: By using all of the body´s energy the final Gate located at the heart is releases and forces the heart to pump blood so fast that the consumption of energy by the body exceeds the previous gates. This uses up all the energy in all the cells of ones body that gives power almost near to infinity. Almost like a big bang effect where energy of life is detonated all at once. Trade off, definite death of user.

Sound Genjutsu

Academy Student

Shihouhapou (All Directions)
This jutsu distorts the hearing of the opponent, causing the sounds of the user to appear to be coming from every direction. Commonly used to confuse the target concerning his foe’s location, or used to intimidate the one’s adversary by convincing him that he is surrounded.

Okuyuki Katawa (Depth Distortion)
This jutsu adversely affects the depth perception of a target, making them unable to accurately judge the distance between themselves and an object. For example, an opponent under the influence of this technique would have trouble determining the speed of an incoming projectile, or may misjudge a quarry’s position as being further away.

Kuuden (Static)
Description: This jutsu targets the sense of hearing of a foe. While under the affect of this skill, the victim constantly hears the sound of static in his ears, making it difficult for one suffering from this affliction to hear sounds over the annoying noise. Often used to hamper communication between foes, as well as a distraction.

Shimaru Shikaku (Closed Sight)
This jutsu targets the peripheral vision of the target. While under the affects of this jutsu, the victim's range of vision will be reduced from roughly 160 to 60 degrees; essentially causing them to see only what is directly in front of their eyes. Due to this, the afflicted will find themselves unable to register attacks coming from either flank, and will in turn also find targeting foes for attack more difficult than normal.

Genin

Kugurinukeru Meikyou (Through the Looking Glass)
With a few hand seals the user shatters their opponent's vision. For the next 4 posts the target will see the world as if they were looking through a pane of broken glass. This type of compound vision tends to make it a lot harder to decide exactly where something is by presenting a multitude of images and if nothing else it is extremely annoying but it isn't inherently dangerous.

Youma Tacchi: Ghost Touch
This simple genjutsu shifts the target's perceptions of the world two feet forwards and two feet to the left. While they are affected they will believe that they just pass right through whatever they try to touch like a ghost trying to make contact with the real world. This jutsu works best if people just ignore the target and any sort of forceful contact will snap the target out of this state.

Kenbou no Jutsu (Forgetfulness Technique)
This advanced genjutsu affects the portion of the victim's brain that governs memory and recollection. When invoked, this jutsu allows the user to cause the afflicted forget one ninjutsu or genjutsu of the users choice for a certain duration. However, for the user to force the jutsu to be forgotten, he must have seen him perform the skill in the past, either earlier in the current thread, or in a previous encounter. The victim's memory returns to normal following the end of the thread. This jutsu can only be used once per thread.

Suzu Senbon no Genkaku (Illusion Bell Needles)
A technique that uses special bells attached to throwing needles. The bells ring at a certain frequency and the sound directly affects the brain. This is able to disorient the opponent and create minor illusions.

Chuunin

Mokugeki (Pantomime)
For the next 3 posts, the target will believe they are trapped in a small, invisible and soundproof box. They will be granted the full abilities of a mime and as such they can trace the walls, bang on the sides, and scream without making a sound and with perfect accuracy. The jutsu is also dispelled if anything enters the box.

Atama Kusari No Jutsu (Chained Mind Technique)
This technique uses intricate hand movements and subtle chakra waves to render the target hypnotized and incapable of movement. However, if the target cannot see the shinobi's hands, the technique will not take hold. This effect will only last as long as the shinobi continues to perform the technique and the target can see the shinobi's hands. In other words, while performing this jutsu, you are helpless, but so is your target. (Similar to the Shadow Bind technique, but this genjutsu uses far less chakra). Ideally, this technique would be used as part of a team strategy.

Mimiuchi no Jutsu (Whisper Technique)
Description: The user can create a sound or a word (not a full sentence) and direct it to the target, so only the target can hear it, inside his mind, while thinking the sound comes from right next to him.

Jouho no Koe (Voice of Compromise)
The user focuses a small amount of chakra into his vocal chords as he speaks, allowing it to escape with his voice. This technique does not affect the sound of the user’s voice directly, but rather affects how any listeners hear the message. While using this technique, anything the user says will be perceived by listeners as a positive message. It can have numerous effects, such as endearing the speaker to his audience. The power of this jutsu is quite limited, however. It tends to have very little effect on established enemies, or people in a high state of emotion, although it has been known to calm down agitated people.

Itai Kanetsuki no Jutsu (Painful Ringing Technique)
This genjutsu is performed in exactly the same way as the Suzu Senbon no Genkaku. However, instead of causing nausea and vertigo, it progressively causes more pain as long as the target listens to the sounds of the bells. On the first post, the pain is nothing more than an annoying headache; the second post is on par with a serious migraine; the third post is incredibly, throbbingly painful; and the fourth is nigh-unbearable. On the fifth post and up the target is usually unconscious. To stop this genjutsu the target must either disrupt the use's concentration or destroy the bells - their choice.

Ataeru Kanjoo no Jutsu (Inflict Emotion Technique)
This is a fairly high level genjutsu where the shinobi temporarily changes the emotions of the target to his/her liking. The emotions imparted can be anything from ecstasy, despair, overconfidence, grief, etc. One would be advised against using this technique on teammates, however. After the effect has passed, the victim remembers the one who used the technique, and almost always with hostility.

Nouzui Momiryouji (Brain Massage)
Through sound hypnosis and a form of Himei no jutsu, the user can make the opponent see some form of images and is able to bind him/her in place. Although the opponent is not actually bound, it is usually because the opponent’s body feels numb and is under genjutsu that he feels he is numb.

Tokitsukeru no Koe (Voice of Persuasion)
This jutsu applies all the effects of Jouho at a heightened level. In addition, the user can now make requests of his listeners and, assuming they are not too unreasonable, they will be favorably considered. However, this technique is still limited in its level of influence. For example, someone using this technique may be able to convince an enemy to retreat, but probably not to surrender. Also, the jutsu remains much less effective against impassioned people, especially if the anger is directed at the user.

Jounin

Kodou Dousa (Beat Motion)
By subtly altering the way the target's brain interprets sound a ninja who uses this technique can cause their opponents to twitch or convulse at every sound they hear. Most sound at normal volume levels - footsteps, someone coughing - will cause slight and nearly unnoticeable twitches in the target. Louder sounds like clashing steel or someone shouting will cause a momentary spasm in usually the arm or leg muscles. Extremely loud sounds like an explosion or someone raking their nails down a chalkboard will cause the target to collapse and shudder momentarily. Anything in the upper echelons of human hearing - say 150 decibles - would cause violent and nearly bone breaking convulsions and if anything this loud was maintained for more than two posts the target would surely break their own back.

Kin'atsu no Shujouteki (Emotional Suppression)
Description: This genjutsu affects the mind of the target, rendering them numb of feeling and void of emotion. This skill is typically used to calm ones own emotional panic, or to play havoc on the minds of a foe's allies. However, this skill has also been known to be used an effective tool against emotionally driven opponents.
Base Duration: 3 posts.

Kurayami no Oii (Shroud of Darkness)
Description: This jutsu calls into being a sheet of inky darkness over an area of roughly five hundred square yards in length and 40 yards in height. This mass of darkness cancels all forms of natural light, causing the area to become a perfect inky black. While inside the shroud, individuals are essentially rendered blind by the complete lack of light. However, the creator of the shroud is able to see clearly and unhindered. An active doujutsu can see through the darkness of the shroud, and the shroud is dispelled if any form of attack strikes the user.

Eikyou no Koe (Voice of Influence)
By now, the user has gone far beyond the limits of normal persuasive speech. The scope of commands or requests that the user can make has broadened considerably. For example, team members that have not worked together for long could easily be made to fight each other. It takes quite a high amount of resistance on the part of the victim to overcome the effects of the jutsu. The jutsu can last as long as the user remains speaking, however, due to the high level of concentration required, the user cannot effectively keep the jutsu up for more than 3 posts.

Sameru (Dampen)
A rather unique genjutsu, that focuses the illusion on the user rather than an opponent. This jutsu disrupts the user’s brain signals, causing the nerve endings of the user to become less effective. As a result, the user is able to block out pain much easier. However, this dampening of the nerve endings is a double edged sword, as it can make discerning the amount of damage one has taken very difficult, and also greatly hampers the user’s ability to grip his own weapon.

Kokuangyo No Jutsu (Bringer of Darkness Technique)
This Genjutsu adversely affects the portion of the victim's brain that regulates vision. While the brain is disrupted, the victim is effectively rendered blind. Also, due to the fact that the darkness is brought about through an affliction of the user's own mind, rather than eyes, doujutsu users are not immune to this particular form of blindness.

Shibirekan (Numbness)
Similar to the skill Sameru, this jutsu weakens the brain’s connection with nerve endings. Unlike Dampen, this skill may target others. As a result, the victim finds himself unable to grip his weapons well, and the act of running can become difficult. However, the victim’s own sense of pain is also hampered, therefore allowing them to concentrate through wounds that would normally make rational thought difficult; though this also can cause the victim to misjudge the severity of his own wounds.

Kamei no Koe (Voice of Command)
Users of this jutsu are, by now, quite skilled at manipulation. Using the same process as in lower levels, they may make requests, or even give orders to their listeners. These listeners hear the user’s voice as a pleasant, well-spoken voice. Any that speak against the user sound harsh and crude. The listeners may even begin to feel hostility toward such people. However powerful the effects, though, they will still wear off after a period of time.

Kage

Hakike (Nausea)
This jutsu affects the target's sense of smell. By shutting down all but the most unpleasant of the nose's regions of scent, this technique effectively overloads the foe's brain with rancid, rotting, and unbearable smells. Due to the utter strength of the smells that are being perceived, it is not uncommon for even those with the strongest of stomachs to begin vomiting uncontrollably, and combat is in all cases greatly hampered by the overwhelming feeling of sickness that now dominates their body.

Kyoufu no Koe (Voice of Terror)
The user begins to take his vocalization skills down a different path to use this jutsu. The jutsu employs a combination of the concepts of Kamei no Koe and many other visual genjutsu. The user begins to tell a story, while keeping eye contact with the target. As long as the contact is held, the victim sees and feels himself acting out the events of the story. This jutsu may also be used on someone who is asleep, not requiring eye contact in this case. While asleep, the victim begins to dream the scenerio that the user plays out. This jutsu can be Kai’d if the victim is awake.
Base Duration: Ends when user ceases speaking or if successfully Kai'd.

Fuyasu (Amplify)
This rather insidious Genjutsu greatly distorts the hearing of the target, causing them to hear all noises to be roughly 150 decibels. When under the affects of this technique, even the most simple of sounds, such as the scrapping of your finger against a kunai, can become unbearably painful. The affects of this technique last for three posts, and the victim is then left disoriented and hard of hearing for an additional three posts.

Seiha no Koe (Voice of Domination)
At this level, the user is incredibly skilled in the art of vocal manipulation, as well as persuasive speech. Anyone listening to him while using this technique would instantly feel that whatever the user says is true, and that they absolutely agree with him. A charging enemy will stop dead in his tracks, just to listen to the wonderful sound of the speaker’s voice. Oddly enough, it is more difficult to make an enemy retreat than to make him join your cause. Enemies ordered to retreat will often begin to weep and beg the user to let them stay. However, a listener will carry out nearly any request short of killing himself, or harming something very dear to him. The effect of this jutsu is slightly longer.
Base Duration: 7 posts (After user has ceased speaking.)

Gyokuon (The Emperor’s Voice)
Gyokuon is the ultimate realization of vocal jutsu potential. The user, by appealing to logic, emotions, morals, or any other mental filters of the victim, can weave complete fantasies and force the victim to accept them as true. A user could convince someone that the sky is yellow. The happiest man on earth could be made to detest his life, or the most worthless being made to think that his life had great meaning. The most frightening aspect of this jutsu is its permanency. The victim typically goes on believing what he was told for several months or years. It could even last until the end of one’s life.
Base Duration: 2 threads, including the one in which it is used. May last longer (possibly permanently), by victim's permission. The post count determines how long into the second thread the genjutsu lasts. For second thread purposes, the base duration is 4 posts.
