Flowers + Ink = ? (A)

I read somewhere that you could dye your flowers with the ink you have and use the flowers no your avatar.

I just don't understand how. Or know if that is true or not.
Could someone kindly explain ?^^. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You can't dye the flowers, but you can get colored wrappers for a bouquet you make with the flowers. (old guide here)The exchange of items is done at Rina's Flowershoppe.
