Background History: Being of the Hyuuga branch family is an exceptionally hard, the multitude of family members you have dotting the ranks of the Konohagakure elites is too vast to count. Once a family member became the Hokage though, the pressure to succeed and show that every member was cut from the same cloth was tossed down to the next generation. Tomei, was no exception, at just ten years old all of his training regiments were doubled. Pushed to succeed and become the next name of the Hyuuga clan it nearly killed his father when he failed the genin final examination the first time. He had not meant to bring shame to his family but when he explained that he just didn't understand the Clone jutsu's his father made him practice nothing but for two months straight. Unreal and excessively over bearing he was pushed for the next exam, while constantly being picked on by his class mates for being the oldest kid in the class. He was constantly beaten up while at the academy, but once he was dusted off he always had some smile on his face like it couldn't get any worse. When he finally graduated his parent's acted like it was their proudest moment, only to begin hounding him the next day about pursuing a ninjutsu career as an anbu, or a tracker, or whatever prestiges classification they could dig up. Tomei would be perfectly fine even if he was stuck as a genin for the rest of his life, all he really wants was to work at the academy.

Style Description : The Rokushiki Style is a style that was hidden from the world by the Noah Clan who were the only ones who could use its power. This style is considered one of the most unique Taijutsu Styles to be used in battle with limitless attacks and power hidden behind it there is only a certain few who can learn and even master its power. The power can even become addicting to the person who use always wanting to use its power giving them the urge to fight strong opponents.

Style Basis : Hand To Hand [ Chakra Control ]

Training Methods : This style was powerful but ever since the Noah Clan was reduced down to a few members the style became forbidden to be used among them because of the lust for battle which caused them to fight amongst themselves. Now that the scroll was stolen from them they fear that everyone will fall to the same fate as their Clan once did.

Movement : The movement of this Style is quick and deadly but it can also differ from the user and how they choose to use each technique from the style.

Rankyaku - Amane Dachi [ Storm Leg - Circumference Sectioning ] - The user jumps forward while spinning in the air, forming a ball shape with his blades. This is basically a feinting maneuver, so even if the target manages to read the pattern of this attack and move out of the users trajectory, they will still be cut by the Chakra that is emitting from the blades that are sharpened to where they feel like the tip of a Blade.

Tekkai is a technique in which the user hardens his or her muscles to be as hard as iron in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.

Tekkai - Rin [ Iron Mass - Wheel ] - The user uses Tekkai and kicks one leg into the ground and starts rotating their legs at a fast speed, causing their legs to simultaneously slam into the ground on a set path toward their opponent. It also seems to incorporate Rankyaku, as the legs leave blue traces in the air like a normal Rankyaku Chakra wave.

This technique causes the foe to have a massive migraine as well things being blurry to them for one minute [ One Post ] after the assault.

Byakugan - Hyuuga Clan

All, Seeing, White Eyes

- History -

Byakugan is the blood inheritance limit of the Hyuuga Clan. The Hyuuga clan was one of the founding noble families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be the ancestors of the Uchiha clan who possess the bloodline of the Sharingan eye. When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the Tenketsu, the internal Chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360° view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own Chakra creating the Juuken [ Gentle Fist ] fighting style. The clan member can use their fingers or palms to emit Chakra to flow into their opponents body's at the Tenketsu Points. When the hand draws close enough to strike, the clan member can stop or increase their opponent’s Chakra flow. The internal Chakra coils which spread throughout the body also wrap around the internal Chakra producing organs. So if the internal coils are attacked, it also damages these internal organs. Because a ninja can not train their internal body, such damage can be a critical hit for even a highly skilled ninja. The Tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the Chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their Chakra for Jutsu.

- Fighting Style -

Juuken is fighting style utilized by Hyuuga clan members, it is the strongest style of Konoha. The Byakugan has a penetrating ability to see the Tenketsu, the internal Chakra coils system 361 pressure points. • Hiding Against the Byakugan Bloodline is pretty impossible, Unless You have a Bloodline or Special Jutsu Allowing you to.
• When using the Taijutsu attack you must let the opponent have at least One Post to try to counter.
• This bloodline does require you to use a hand sign when first in use and it does use Chakra.
• As a Main Branch Hyuuga you can use the seal to lock the Branch Family's Bloodline away during battle. (Five Post Max)

- Hyuuga Clan Jutsu -

Hakke Rokujuuyonshou [ Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand ] - Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner Chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their Chakra through their hands into the Tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forcefully closes 64 Tenketsu, stopping the Chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use Jutsu.

Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou [ Eight Divination Signs, One-Hundred and Twenty-Eight Palms of the Hand ] - Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Hakkeshou Kaiten [ Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin ] - Hakkeshou Kaiten is a Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of Chakra from their Tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Hakke Hasangeki [ Eight Divination Signs Destructive Mountain Fist ] - Hakke Hasangeki is a Taijutsu technique utilized by Hyuuga Neji. Extending Chakra from his body, Neji will thrust his palm into his target. This will send out a wave of Chakra that will knock his opponent backwards into nearby rock to cause further damage. It is unknown if this wave can also collapse his target's Tenketsu points.

Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou [ Guardian Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand ] - Shugo Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a Taijutsu technique developed by Hyuuga Hinata. During the period after the Chuunin Exam, Hinata pushed herself harder than ever before. During this time she improved her Chakra control and developed her own style within the Hyuuga bloodline abilities. She practiced the technique around water to hone it to perfection. Utilizing the Hakke Rokujuuyonshou style, Hinata uses her natural flexibility and her precise Chakra control to create an absolute defense.

Hinata will emit Chakra from her palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This Chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a more sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of Chakra, she can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Hateshiganai Mokushi

The Hateshiganai Mokushi is a rare form of the Byakugan that only develops amongst the Hyuuga when one is most in tune with their kekkai genkai.It is a very mysterious technique, all that is known amongst the clan members is that it's name reflects what it is capable of. The first recorded appearance of the Hateshiganai Mokushi was during the Third great Ninja War while the Great Yellow Flash, Minato Namikaze, was all over the front lines it was Senkensha Hyuuga who operated behind the scenes. Known all for his impressive eyes and mastery of the most advanced stealth arts he was the most succesful assassin in the village, his record for confirmed kills held for another thirty years.

Signs of the ability:
> Pain, through out the genin years your eyes constantly hurt and the only time they relax is when your Byakugan is released.
>Seal Difficulty, once released your Byakugan tends to want to stay released. It is increasingly difficult to seal your eyes until your the Hateshiganai Mokushi comes to power.


Granted Abilities:
Locked Byakugan: The key point is that once the ability comes into effect the Byakugan are fully released permanently. The eyes will never seal again and their power is increased without the seal in place, not greatly but in the hands of someone so adept in the use of the Byakugan it can be deadly. The downside of this ability is that the User finds himself constantly tired due to the fact that when he closes his eyes he still sees the world. The secondary downfall is the constant trickle of his chakra being used, although after the years pass and the user grows in strength it becomes less of a hindrance it is still inconvinient during combat.

Increased Perception: The constant flow of chakra through the eyes amplifys the natural perception speed of the eye and makes it where the user watches the world in slightly slowed motion. Although watching the world at half speed would just be irritating to some, a ninja can find the ability invaluable ecspecially during combat. This also extends to visibility, these eyes can see through Genjutsus and even things that are meant to be hidden from the normal byakugan up to a point.
