I need help with my youth group

My churchs youth isnt just the teens in the church its also other teens from other churchs. We have been in some rough my friend who was planing the events such as game nights etc she didnt get what she wanted and just told as that she wont do anything with us. Luckly i still was able to keep the teens that would come to the events. Okay so its been so long and i havent been able to come up with anything to get the youth back together so i need help any ideas?

well not so much of games or lessons that its just getting everyone together again. Now a lesson would probably be good to have but we usaul just leave the lesson for sundays.

well Have you tried hiring a youth director because it was our new youth director and there were alot more people there and seemed to have a good time and be also have a praise band
