Make a tek tek for each catagory, the only requirements are:
1) no backgrounds
2) no gold limit, but over 100k is a bit much... keep it simple.
3) each miss gaia entrant but wear the 2009 sash (the one that actually says 2009) in her outfit.
4) use the same base over and over (like in my examples)
5) "Crowning" must use the same crown as i did. (it's called Birthday Crown Blue Tilted)

Show everyone what you're best at, in your best dress!

OK, there you go. about the unique prize i promised, i will buy you any (under 3k) tattoo that you want. any tatoo, but only one. and it might take me about a month or so to get.
PS: if you don't want any tattoo, you can just ask for 1k.
