Black

4 wide stripes on his back each smaller than first.

Stripes start out as a pale blue and then fade to a still bright blue

Streak under the stripes

Streak on belly same color as one on back

Lighter blue on chest

Back is a dark blue/purple that fades into the black

Same blue tone on face

Legs are a lighter blue much like the refs

Blue inside of ears

Blood stains his fetlocks

light green is seen above his arm warmers

Several scars on his body. Lots of long/small scars can
be seen near the chain on his neck.

Short beard / scruff on chin

Snarl can be seen partly covered by belt

Face:

Insanely grinning her eyebrows arched up somewhat to make her look crazy. Blue eyes , Black eyeshadow around the eyes that make the blue stand out

Mane: Black hair with blond streaks in it (Near the bottom) Hair should
be shoulder length

Tail: Starts blonde and fade to black the tip also being blonde


Hooves/Fetlocks: The tips of the fetlocks/leg feathers are
blonde. Hooves are darker than her body but in the same color range possibly a grey/silver

While the mask is on may the wand be under her foot? If not
that is fine because i dont know how she would hold it in her mouth with

the metal on the bracers should be silver with the engraving being black

(The knife should have a silver snake wrapped around the hilt with
a green jewel for an eye. The blade should be deadly looking
