His housemate seemed a little out of it, but Declan didn't take it too personally because he did the same thing very often. Sometimes he'd even speak his thoughts out loud in the middle of a totally different conversation... Declan smiled when the other boy said he could figured he could find a good book and that there was nothing stereotypical about a couple of Ravenclaws on the way to the library. The blond chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, totally normal!" The boy introduced himself as Ethan and Declan nodded, committing that to memory. "I'm Declan McNamara. Nice to officially meet you," he said, still smiling. Walking down the hall, Declan asked, "So, are you good friends with Ms Tamra, the librarian, like me? She always laughs at my cheesy jokes and that makes me feel better." The boy smirked, remembering her signature laugh that could be heard literally anywhere in the library.
