The Forbidden Forest

The Forbidden Forest, also known as the Dark Forest, borders the edges of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry grounds.
The forest is a very old place that holds many secrets and houses many creatures, some dark and Dangerous, others friendly.
The trees in the forest are considered ancient, they are dense and rough looking from years of exposure to the elements.
As the forest's name suggests, it is strictly off limits to students — except in the case of Care of Magical Creatures lessons that occasionally take place there.

Danny came into the forest with Miss Duke, the clouds were covering the moon, so he would have to wait till the clouds cleared so he would see the moon. Shadow had flew off his head and landed on a tree branch and watched them from there.

"Welcome to the Forbidden Forest, Danny!" smiled Eleanor as they arrived. She leaned her back against the tree where Shadow was resting on a branch. Willow jumped off her arms and started to wander around, interested by everything. Eleanor looked up at the sky. The moon was shielded by the grey clouds. 'Let's hope the Wolfsbane Potion will help him. I don't want to end up as a snack.' thought Willow selfishly, giving Danny a quick glance.

1st Year Ravenclaw

"Haha, thanks." Danny said brightly as he looked to the clouds, as he did they finally revealed the full moon. "Ha..looks like its time..Please hold on to my staff." He said as he gave her his very heavy Ironwood Staff and felt the transformation, he went to a different tree as he was transforming and went behind it and leaned on it, the transformation always hurt, but not for long. He became much taller and furrier. His hands turned into white paws with claws. His close disappeared, thanks to the spell that his parents cast on them that they would disappear when he turned into a werewolf, and reappear on him when he turned back. He soon turned completely into a werewolf, he was now 2 meters tall and completely in wolf form.

"Oh, sure." said Eleanor as Danny handed her his staff. Willow gasped on the sight of the werewolf and climbed on the tree where Eleanor rested her back on. She sat on a big branch and admired the view of the moon. 'Just like Philipe.' thought Eleanor, recalling the times when she would slip off to the Forbidden Forest with her best friend so he could transform there.

Shadow flew off the branch and landed on Danny's now werewolf head. Danny growled a bit to Shadow, who in turn translated. "Danny says that the wolfsbane potion is in effect, and he has control, and he asks if he really does look like a big puppy, or if his parents just lied to him. Oh and he says you can just lean his staff on the tree, he'll grab it in a moment." Shadow said as he hooted lightly, he had gotten completely used to Danny's werewolf form.

Eleanor smirked.
"Wow. Better than Google Translate.", she chuckled, "And of course you don't look like a puppy! You're-terrifying and-and-scary." she smiled at the werewolf. She nodded and leaned the staff against the tree.

Danny growled again to Shadow. "He says, he knew it, they did lie to him. And he says...woah, that's an inappropriate thing to say, Danny." Shadow said as he wacked Danny on the head. Danny growled in apology.

Eleanor cleared her throat.
"What I meant, is, that Danny doesn't look like a puppy at all, but he isn't very terrifying to me since I've used to werewolves.", she said. Afterall, Willow showed some signs of fear when she first saw Danny in his werewolf form, but Eleanor already said that her best friend Philipe is a werewolf, and that she often escorted him to the Shrieking Shack or the Forbidden Forest.

Danny growled again pulling a clawed hand up to his forehead in salute. "Danny said that he got that and understands, we are going to now just roam around in this area of the forest for the today to get a better view of the surroundings, so you don't need to stick around anymore, and get back to sleep." Shadow translated also saluting with a wing. Danny moved over and picked up his staff and waved bye to Willow and Eleanor, and scurried off a bit deeper into the forest. "I hope Xenos will be able to get out here.." Danny growled after he had gotten good bit away.

"Oh, okay, then." smiled Eleanor. Willow jumped into her arms and they walked back into the Groundkeeper's hut, where they could finally rest peacefully.

((haha nope, forget it. Caramel would never sneak off into the Forbidden Forest, and Lucy's in the common room with Sakato. sorry! smile ))

Danny looked around a bit and headed back to the entrance of the forest quietly, and quite a bit away from the Groundskeepers' Hut and kept an eye out on the castle in case he sees Xenos coming this way. Shadow was flying in the air around the grounds to make sure he is able to bring Xenos in the right direction.

In all honesty Xenos had considered not coming. He reconsidered alot when he saw Professor Grey at Eleanor's hut. How he managed to sneak around them he had no clue. When he got a bit into the forest the Ravenclaw stopped, looking around. This place was amazing, and not nearly as spooky as his father always spoke about. As he thought of his father, Xenos idely wondered how much trouble he'd be in is Chance da Vinci ever found out what he was doing. Keeping his wand out and at his side he slowly moved deeper in to the forest, mindful alway of where he entered.

Danny sniffed the air and found Xenos' scent already in the forest. He howled to the moon, and headed to where Xenos' scent was coming from, he was careful not to go fast, or he might think of him as an enemy. He held his staff tight as he headed to Xenos.
