This is a Poetry contest, unfortunately i will not be giving out money prizes YET, but the winner will get their poem posted on the front page. each month someone will choose one or two new poems and we will update the page. The reason i'm not giving away money is that i am going to participate myself and i dont want to risk winning my own money. Anyway there are no restrictions as of yet so lemme see how many of you guys write the prose!

ok i'm bored if this isnt good, i dont expect it to be, dont kill me i just got to work and am not awake yet. (obviously this is not going to be a serious poem =P)
This one i call The morning commute Go slow, stop fast go stop go stop GO GO GO st--crash.
uh...
Paper hearts melt paper snowflakes falling from the lights While ancients hum and old woods creek just beyond the edge of sight Round a bonfire proud men dance, cry's cutting thru the night As the misty morning tumbles in, hundreds begin their fight crying
that was so sad...
Fuzzy wuzzy was a bear fuzzy wuzzy had no hair Fuzzy wuzzy had some pretty damn bald balls...
ok thats all i got, i'm going back to work.

Love doesnt make sence Its like a big fence that you cant go through with out breaking it. But when love breaks apart, it splinters around you. They may cut you, and leave permanent scars, love isnt a big room of gold bars. When you fall in love, its a wonderful feeling, You could just fly through the cealing. But the scars that it leaves, hurt now and forever.

Paper hearts melt paper snowflakes falling from the lights While ancients hum and old woods creek just beyond the edge of sight Round a bonfire proud men dance, cry's cutting thru the night As the misty morning tumbles in, hundreds begin their fight
Two brothers turned against eachother, opposing to their ends Their clan and lineiage so divided it seemed impossible to mend Now they each lead their loyal blood in a war against theirselves While the sun looks on over the forest's shoulders and watches a field turn to hell
The fight rages on for week after week, and benevolence seemed far behind a family once so strongly united, now rejected by the most divine As a boy looked on, the battle ends two brothers lay slain by eachother sword But little gangus just scoffs and turns to his mom and said... well so much for the horde

>.> im in.... It was Christmas Eve, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
Exept for three kids, setting up the tree, one sat on the floor ,sipping her tea.
They sat in a room, close to the fire. They had fixed up the room, causing them to tire.
The christmas tree glowed, in the warm fire light, the ornaments shined a red, green or white.
"I can't hang these up!", Naruto said with a groan, the other two watched as he fixed it on his own.
"Naruto, you dolt...", Sasuke spitefully spat. "You don't use the string, you hang popcorn with that."
"It would already be done,if you offered to help.", Naruto exclaimed with a small squeaky yelp.
Sasuke rose from his place on the floor, and helped Naruto, with the Christmas decor.
"Will those two ever be friends?", Sakura spoke while fixing her new camera lens.
The was a bright flash, and a camera click, "Smile," she said, that move was not slick.
The flash blinded the boys, making them slip, "Oops", she said, while bitting her lip.
They fell to the floor, with a very loud crash. She strode to the kitchen, in was more of a dash.
The young boys stood up, rubbing their heads. The bumps would certainly keep those two in beds.
Sakura came out with the milk and cookies. By the way Sasuke and Naruto set up the decorations, you could tell they were rookies.
"Hey guys, we should get to bed." Sakura said. Sasuke and Naruto nodded their head.
The three young children headed to their rooms. In the small, cozy house, where Chritsmas Spirit loomed, something landed, on roof with a thunderous thump. Naruto awoke and whispered, "What was that bump?".
He rose from the bed, stiffling a yawn. Stumbling of the matress, he lacked the grace of a swan.
He turned a corner, tiredly scratching his back. There he saw, Saint Nicholas himself, unloading his sack.
He placed the gifts beneath the tree with lovily care. The last toy he set down, was a fuzzy brown bear.
"Santa, what are you doing", Naruto slurred. Santa didn't think one of the children would stirr.
"Why, I bringing you kids gifts.", he said with a jolly voice. "This is the season of cheer and rejoice."
Naruto smiled, still half sleep. His eyes looks towards the present heap.
"Did I get something this year?", Naruto's smile swelled. Santa chuckled, "Can't you tell? Now child, it's time to go to sleep. Wait till morning to see your presents,so don't you peep."
The young shinobi smiled, went up to his room, and wrapped the blanket around himself, like a baby in the womb.
The next morning the birds chirped and sung. The children awoke, looking at what Santa had brung.
Naruto smiled while stacking his gifts on his closet shelf. He knew he got the best gift, seeing Saint Nicholas himself.
