Personality: charismatic, soft-spoken a bit on the quiet side. Being charismatic means he'd be an enthusiatic talker, and being soft-spoken clashes with that. The last part is redundant, it's the same thing as soft-spoken.
Background: Haru grew up with Airi until they entered middle school and he moved away (at age 11). He became a Pop Idol or a singer during the seventh grade. When he moves back to his hometown at age 16, he has already reached the height of his career, but he was asked to come home by his father because he had been separated from them for so long, and his mother was quite sick. Whoa... He didn't move away with his parents? Where did his parent's send him off to? Or was it his career as a young musician that made him leave?

Haru is an only child. His mother was a stay-at-home mom and always supported him in whatever he wanted to do, but his dad, however, worked as a lawyer and was almost always away from home. The relationship between Haru and his mother is quite close, but his relationship with his father is a bit strained due to his adsence dad always working and absent from his home life. You already mentioned his dad always being away because of work. Haru's dad was always strict and he was always serious, but in a way, he prepared his son for what he called "the real world, where no one was ever kind. Nothing is just given to you; you have to work for it." How did his dad prepare him for the read world when he's an absent father? His mother's personality is kind and warm, despite her health being in bad shape.

It was because of his father's strict discipline and his mother's kindness that forged Haru's interest in becoming a singer. Exactly how does his dads scrict discipline and his mothers kindness mold his interest in music? With his dad being scrict, he'd most likely be against it. He's always had a fondness for music, and he even took up the guitar and played the piano. But the only thing Haru never liked was social gatherings such as garden parties. You can't be popular and not like social gatherings. Being social is what makes a person popular.

Haru met Airi when they were in preschool when Airi was the new kid in their class. He protected her from being teased by boys.

His relationship with Airi is a bit complicated because when they are in a crowd, he appears to be a little too 'charming', but when it's just the two of them, Haru's softer, playful side comes out and he reverts to what he was before he left, a kind, playful boy. How is he "too charming"? Nothing in the profile suggest that he's anything but a kind person. Like I said up top, the profiles are pretty vague.

Hair: long sandy blonde hair that she keeps in a single braid.
Eyes: Brown eyes
Status: A high school junior; on the school newspaper. Do you mean she's a columnist for the school newpaper?
Personality: Studious, observant, friendly, and energetic.
Background: She grew up with Haru until they entered middle school and he moved away (at age 11). After Haru left, Airi became engrossed with her studies so that she wouldn't even thnk of him. But when she enters her third year in high school, Haru moves back and things become complicated. She can't really decideon her feelings for him.

Like Haru, Airi is an only child. Her mother had her at a pretty young age and still acts young too, so Airi and she never really knew her real father. Saying she didn't know her real father suggest she now has a step-father. Is that the case here? But despite her mother being more like an older sister, their relationship is very close. Her mother dropped out of school to care for Airi, and she worked as waitress for awhile, although now Airi's mom works as a baker (she had a knack for baking) while going to college. Airi's mother always tried her bst to keep Airi in school so that Airi wouldn't repeat her mistakes. Her mother's personality is carefree, and she is a big animal lover too. This whole part in blue is all about Airi's mom, we don't learn anything about Airi from this.

It was because of her mother's support and Haru's absence that Airi took up journalism and got on the school newspaper. How does Haru's adsence push Airi into writing? Was it another way for Airi to escape her thoughts about Haru? Airi spends long hours studying and often makes the Honor Roll. The extracurricular activity Airi took up besides the school paper was a young writer's club. She was never a big fan of main stream stuff.

Airi has never forgiven Haru for moving away and "abandoning her," which causes her to be angry around him. I thought she was a friendly person? Why is she being a meanie to him?
