So this is ripped from the Nanowrimo Forums. Someone posts a prompt, and word limit if you like, and whoever posts next has to include what they wrote in their post, plus give a new prompt.

Here's one I took up a year or two ago:

In under 350 words, write a story including a turtle, a beekeeper, and a box of chocolates.

♥ the BASED on:

It's suppose to be like the story about the turtle and rabbit race only that the rabbit is now a human figure and the story added a box of chocolate and a bag of poop as a prize. Funny yet, not nice. I got bored and decided to go with it. Sorry if some parts don't make sense. I tried my best to make it flow as best as i could ;p

♥ the CHARACTERS about:

the turtle is slow but knows that his enemies will tire.

the bee-keeper is wise enough to know some things are afraid of bees.

the box of chocolate...well, it is just a box that does nothing other than being lazy.

♥ The BATTLE begins:

It was a hot sunny day, in the middle of summer, when a bird whistled for all the contestants to come up for the next race. The battle of ages.
It had finally come where a human were to fight them and some box of chocolate that someone eats for a holiday or a snack.

The turtle had just crawled back into his shell looking for that paper with his number on it. Number two. before deciding to walk out of his den and onto the white line in five minutes. At least that's how long it took him.

The next contestant was a bee-keeper who loved bee's so much, he brought them with him to cheer him on whenever he passed them. He was number was one and he clipped the small piece of paper onto his chest, standing by the line, smiling and happily ready to out run a slow turtle and a box that hardly did anything.

When finally it was the box's turn, number three in the race, a rabbit not much taller than itself, dragged it to the starting line with the other two contestants before a bird laid atop a tree branch and was set to whistle a 'go!'

By the time the chirp sounded, the slow-turtle and fast-jogging bee-keeper and the non-moving box raced. It was practically a one mile run to see which living thing, or item is better. A improvement really from the last battle a year ago when the humans won.

Slowing his pace, the bee-keeper had gotten tired and decided the turtle wouldn't pass him for another ten minutes after his third lap since, of course, he was way behind by a million steps.

Laying on the bush, the bee-keeper rested until minutes later, he was passed and way behind while the turtle was half way into the finish line. He didn't know how long he was there but he knew he had to get up and move.

When all the three laps were finished, the animals and human visitors clapped and grabbed the winner. The box. The turtle sighed and the bee-keeper cursed under his lips. Nobody had known how the box had made it before everyone but, since he hasn't moved and the things around it had became clueless whatsoever, it was only logic to pick it.

The box had won and became number one the following year with a blue ribbon and everything. But most of all, the box was given a bag of poop for good luck like every winner would get. It was gross but rarely thought of something smelly and horrifying to hold. Good thing it didn't have hands or a nose!

THE END.
