I need someone whos good at drawing specifically anime type drawings. I cant pay muc at most like 2-3k so yeah.
Description: Basically what I want is a guy with white hair, pants like the shinigami wear in bleach and a bare chest tatooed with tribal designs. His right arm is a snake that looks like its an armor in the sense that it doesnt seem like it should be there it seems like it was put on and a snake tail protruding from well where a tail would be coming from. You dont need to color it a lineart is fine.
