:Academy:

Yadama Furooseigyo (Projectile Control Skill)
Description: A basic skill for those learning to master the art of wind control. With the ability to control air currents the user can utilize them to their advantage when throwing projectiles such as kunai or shuriken, using the wind to aid the speed and trajectory of their weapon. Someone with a 5 in control would only be able to give it a slight boost in power, while someone with a control of 40 could make them fly twice as fast.

Hanpatsu Kaze no Jutsu (Retrieving Wind Technique)
Description: Creating a small gust of wind, the user utilizes it to push towards them instead of away, specifically to push nearby objects towards them. Those with a 5 or so in Power will only be able to push small objects about the size of a kunai or shuriken towards them, while someone with a 40 in Power can push large animals and even people.


:Genin

Boufuu Kyouzuu no Jutsu (Gale Surge)
Description: A defensive jutsu at best. The user distils the air around him or her with his or her chakra and at the exact moment of attack releases a large burst of air. The blast of wind goes out three feet and knocks a victim back at least five feet and can stop projectiles. It is a defensive move that is usually used when the user is caught off guard. The wind can only be released in one direction however, and a cool down period of three posts is required before it can be used again.

Kaze Bakuhatsu (Wind Explosion)
Requirements: Kaze Bunshin
Description: Wind is gathered with chakra into a swirling ball that is hurled towards the opponent. The blast explodes on impact, causing cuts on the target's body if a direct hit. The actual force of the explosion of the Kaze Bakuhatsu feels as if a Gouken Stage 2 Punch is hitting you. A cool down period of two posts is required before this jutsu can be used again.

Kamaitachi no Jutsu (Slashing Wind Skill)
Requirement: Weapon, like a fan
Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet. If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.

Fuuton: Shinkuutai Naihatsu (Wind Element: Air Pocket Bursts)
Description: Focusing on the air around them, the user is capable of causing parts of the wind to “burst” suddenly, causing anything nearby to be knocked aside. The burst does not do any damage however, and its primary purpose is to interrupt and leave the enemy open for further attacks. However the bursts can only be created within a twenty metre radius of the user and only at spots they are able to see.

Bouseki Tate no Kaze (Spinning Shield of Winds)
Description: Focusing on an area in front of them about 5 feet wide and across, the user dispels chakra to cause the wind to spin rapidly in a circular motion, creating something akin to a shield. Instead of deflecting attacks however the shield will reflect whatever was thrown at them back towards the enemy at the same speed it was fired at.The degree of reflection depends on the user’s control stat; a 5 would only reflect small projectiles and stage one ninjutsu, while a 40 could repel fairly large thrown weapons and level 4 ninjutsu techniques.

Kaze no Yoroi (Armor of Wind)
Description: The user utilizes his chakra and the wind around him to create a whirlwind around himself. The wind forms a circle around the user, five feet in radius, so ten feet in diameter. The wind picks up debris and acts as armour for the user. The wind armour lasts for five posts. Debris on the ground strengthens the armour and projectiles thrown towards the wind also become part of the armour. A taijutsu user is useless against the armour. A genin who gets caught in the wind will become part of the armour, Chuunin will be knocked back five feet, and a Jounin will be knocked back two feet. An elemental jutsu is useless against the armour, but if one is used against the armour it weakens it greatly. Two posts after an elemental jutsu is used against the Kaze no Yoroi the armour is dispelled.

Yurayura Ranpu no Jutsu (Flickering Light Technique)
Description: Charging electrical chakra throughout the Cloud-Nin's entire body the shinobi makes his skin light up giving it a bright glow that can allow him to see it a night. With an additional five control one can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five power allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can disable anyone who looks directly at him for a post.

Seiteki Suji no Jutsu (Static Strings Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. One of this technique's most useful features is its ability to allow the user to detect outsiders. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. But when the string is used to detect outsiders, they can adapt a quality that is string-like and electrical at the same time. This quality makes the static strings into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walk through the strings. However, when this happens, the user at once will feel a small shock in their fingers, or where ever else they are keeping the strings intact. But unless the opponent felt the weak current as they walked through the strings, the opponent will usually never know the strings were there. But beyond its ability to detect outsiders, this skill can be used as a normal string when it is needed but none is around, or it can be used to create small shocks to other people. However, the shocks are only a little bit stronger than static electricity, and usually do no damage at all.

Teikou no Kuntou (Electricity Resistance Training)
Description: While not necessarily a technique that must be taken, most Cloud-nin are taught this at the Academy. As most know electricity in general is a deadly and somewhat scarce element, generally one could only collect the necessary electricity necessary to perform techniques if they were fighting in the middle of a thunderstorm, or near an electrical source. However current training standards in the academy show how a cloud-nin tends to make electricity through the use of chakra, turning most Cloud-nin in to human capacitors, technically. The process is generally quite painful and requires about 5 months of mental and physical conditioning to resist the charges you activate onto your body. As it is written, this technique is optional. A person who doesn't take this skill will generally feel pain when even performing their own electricity based techniques, also one who tends to take this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.
Note: This skill is passive.


:Genin:

Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique)
Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

Raikou Henge no Jutsu (Lightning Transformation Technique)
Description: This technique, while being a branch of Henge no Jutsu, allows the user to transform in a way they never dreamed of. When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. It is not recommended using this technique in a field with little objects to bounce off of. The Henge automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target. Being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may or may not paralyze their opponent. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterwards.
Note: This technique can be used in conjunction with other jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state.

Raiton: Raikou Jishaku no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Magnet)
Description: This jutsu creates electrical clouds around the area that attract metal, any metal projectiles thrown will be altered because of the clouds. This can be dangerous for both parties.

Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill)
Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

Hiro approached his destination in a dazed state as the smoky visions was lifted, revealing his new training facility. Gasping for air, Hiro observed his new surroundings as he tried to figure out what had just happened. The last thing Hiro remembered was being connfronted by his mentor, Kemuri, and then was suddenly blinded by a whisp of smoke. Unsure of what was going to happen next, Hiro wrapped his hand behind him, grasping his windmill shuriken, in anticipation. "So what happens next?" Hiro questioned to anyone nearby as if this was some sort of test.

"Now we begin your training Shurekin. So according to the jutsu you write down you want to learn to control both the wind and lightning elements am i correct?" Kemuri asked as he studied the boys scroll in his hands. He looked up from it to see Hiro on edge, ready to react if he were attacking. Kemuri let him stay on edge, offering no counciling for the recent events.

Heard the voice of Kemuri somewhere nearby, but had no visual due to his new surroundings and the fact he was still gaining back the rest of his eyesight. "Shurekin?" Hiro questioned assuming that Kemuri was referring to him. "That is correct," Hiro answered as he unfastened the knot in the sash that was holding the Windmill Shuriken on Hiro's back.

A small laugh escaped the smoker lips. "You don't understand how difficult it is to master two elements. You should focus on only one at this point, and perhaps later you can learn the second. so what do you want to focus on right now?" he asked the young genin.

Hiro's eyesight became clear as he seen his sensei standing before him. Hiro began to ease up, resting his windmill shuriken by his side. Hiro assesed the two elements, contemplating which element was more in his favor seeing how he was basically a projectile weapon user. "I would say that I am most suited in the field of Fuuton Jutsus Sensai, but i could be wrong." Hiro was open minded to the suggestions of his mentor, Kemuri.

"well lets find out shall we?" he said as he began demonstrating the two Academy techniques that the genin had written down. He displayed the seals and then preformed the two jutsu. Then left the Genin to learn them himself.

Watched as his mentor made his exit, leaving Hiro, or Shurekin as Kemuri would address him as, to practice and perfect his elemental jutsus. Hiro unraveled the scroll containing his list of Jutsu as he began to study the art of the Projectile Control Skill. Although Hiro's control of a projectile weapon was comprehended with the art of chalkra strings, this projectile controll skill he read about would give his shuriken the ability to increase in velocity, as well as overall attack speed. After reviewing the art of this technique, Hiro grabbed his windmill shuriken by the hollow center ring as he stood up from the ground. "Alright, focus your chalkra on the wind currents around you and dorect them into the direction of the projectile," Hiro thought as he prepped the chalkra string that bonded him with his windmill shuriken. Ready to attempted projectile control skill, Hiro pivoted on his left foot as he spun around, building up the initial momentum to throw the large, bulky windmill shuriken as he released it into the air. Once the large projectile was airborne Hiro pulled back on the chalkra string, commanding it to recall back to his general area. Hiro's next step was to focus his chalkra on the air streams around him in order to increase the speed and velocity of the windmill shuriken even farther than Hiro's gotten it to go before. As the large projectile raced back to Hiro, he made a lasso motion over his head, directing the windmill shuriken to sharply loop around Hiro, and backtrack into the direction Hiro originally threw it. Recalling and then looping the windmill shuriken was solely a tactical move that could act as a defence, but was also a technique that would allow Hiro to recalibrate his next act and then strike with a greater force by rebuilding the projectiles weapon with the looping motion that acts like a sling shot. As the windmill shuriken was back in route with its target, Hiro thrusted his left hand forward, signaling the air currents to support the large projectile and push it towards its target. At first the rate of speed was harly noticeable, until the windmill shuriken made contact with the target. Instead of stabbing into the cut log, the windmill shuriken shaved its way through the target at a slant. Suprised at the new capabilities of his windmill shuriken Hiro signaled his projectile to return as it looped back. Once close enough to grab, Hiro placed his hand over his head as the weapon hovered over his head like a spinning disc. Slowly the shuriken's momentum dropped to the point where it could no longer maintain flight as Hiro grabbed onto the shuriken and brought it to his side.

The next jutsu on Hiro's list was know as "Wind Retrieval Technique." This jutsu seemed to be very similar to Projectile Control Technique, but instead of pushing an object the user would be able to pull it towards him. After reading through the scroll's definition of the jutsu, Hiro felt confident enough to give it a try. He decided to start slow as Hiro dumped out the shuriken from his weapons holster and then walked away, so that he was twenty meters away from his projectiles as well as twenty meters from a training target. Once Hiro positioned himself he began channeling his chalkra into the air currents around him as a gust of wind slowly lifted the shuriken from the ground, one by one. As the shuriken hurled themselves through the wind towards Hiro, he would grab them and launch them towards the wooden target in the distance. There wasnt a whole lot of time for pin-point accuracy, seeing how there was little time in between throwing the shuriken at the target and catchy the next shuriken on the way. Hiro captured and then released the shuriken as they came, making a admirable grouping of shots into the target. As Hiro went to collect his weapons he felt a sharp sting on his hand as he looked closer to see that the last shuriken sliced his hand open. Once retrieving all the shuriken from the log, Hiro returned to his pack to bandage up his hand and await further instruction. (1/1)

Hiro sat down, next to his belongings as he pulled out a old shirt as he tore it up into strips of fabric. "When I get out of here ill need to invest in some sturdy gloves," Hiro thought as he wrapped the fabric around his hand, and part of his wrist. The tension of the fabric gave off a sharp stinging pain as Hiro shut his eyes in agony. As he knotted the bandage Hiro got back up and started to look around. The place was dark, quiet and filled with solitude and loneliness as pressed his hand against the solid cold wall. After his quick breather Hiro walked over to the targeting log, keeping a distance of 40 meters as he began to practice his accuracy.

A half an hour went by as Hiro was still hard at work zoning in on his projectile accuracy. The shurken clashing with their targets would echo throughout the room, it was the one of the few sounds heard in this exiled training. Seeing as his sensei didnt appear to be returning anytime soon Hiro brushed the sweat off his brow as he made his way over to his scroll of jutsus still waiting to be learned. Unsure of what one to learn first the jutsu, Slashing Wind Skill, caught Hiro's attention seeing how a weapon of large mass was required to master this technique. Once completing his brief breather/ study seesion of the jutsu, Hiro grabbed hold of his Windmill Shuriken once more and prepared to conquer this new jutsu.(1/4)

Prepping for his first attempt at the wind slashing skill Hiro planted his feet, approximately 20 meters from the targeting logs, with his faithful Windmill Shuriken in hand as the chalkra began to surge into the weapon. In one swift swipe Hiro swung the large projectile out in fornt of him, griping it with one hand in the hollow center circle, and the other pressed against its side for support. Swinging a bulky weapon such as the windmill shuriken took more energy than Hiro expected, leaving him a little fatigued. The after image of Hiros attack was feeble, only reaching as far as six feet and hardly creating a gust. (2/4)

((Haha sorry, i like to be descriptive. Ill dumb it down a bit. xd ))

About 30 minutes went by as Hiro continued to practice his Wind Slashing Skill with little by little improvement. If anything the swinging of the large shuriken would surely work out his arms as Hiro became soaked in sweat. "Here it goes, Wind Slashing Skill!," Hiro yelled as he swung the windmill shuriken, making a minor tornado like wind pushing to the distance of about 12 feet. Hiro was starting to feel winded, breathing heavily to catch his breathe. (3/4)

Another twenty minutes went by of Hiro swinging the windmill shuriken back and forth trying to reach the full potential of his Wind Slashing Skill. "Wind Slashing Skill!....Wind Slashing Skill!...Wind Slashing Skill!" Could be heard outside the door of the room Hiro was training in as he repeatedly attempted to perfect the jutsu. On his final attempt Hiro finally made contact with his target, approximately 20 feet away, as thick cuts and event slicing parts of the targets were visible. ( 4/4)

Hiro was excited that he reached the superior potential of the wind slashing jutsu as his limp arms dangled to the side, exhausted from waving the windmill shuriken back and forth. Needing a well deserved brake, Hiro sat down and ate a bit of his rations from his pack as he contemplated which jutsu was next. "Lets see...some kind of defence." Hiro thought skimming through the written material until he came across a jutsu known as, "Armor of Wind." Hiro read on, appealed that this jutsu uses not only wind to protect him, but also utilizes the power of nearby objects like...Hiro's shurikens. (1/4)

Drawing approximately five shuriken from his holster, and using the Projectile Control Skill and the Retrieving Wind Technique learned previously, Hiro tossed the Shuriken and quickly took control of them mid-flight. Then, by using these two jutsu to manipulate the movement of the shuriken through the element of wind around Hiro in a circular motion, and then eventually switch to the Armor of Winds Jutsu after the shuriken gained enough momentum to fly freely on their own. (2/4)


A little at a time the wind speed would pick up, and faster and faster the shuriken would spin around him. Hiro had to maintain focus on his chalkra as well as the shuriken in order to make sure that the shuriken wouldnt fly in too close and hack up his body. Eventually the armor of wind became so strong that the gusts given off from it began pushing small objects, such as the dirt on the floor and papers, away from the defensive cyclone that Hiro was forming. (3/4)

Eventually Hiro had reached the peak of the Armor of Wind Jutsus power, or at least to Hiro's extent, as the circling winds around him spun frantically with the silver lining of the sharp shuriken. The strong gusts started to push larger objects back, like the chair that was nearby. Outside of the door Hiro was exiled to could be heard a loud whistling noise caused by the wind enclosed inside the room. Slowly Hiro witheld his chalkra, allowing the armor to die down and allow the shuriken to drop safely without bringing harm to Hiro. (4/4)

As Hiro was collecting his projectiles he had formulated a way to use this technique not only as a defense, but also an offensive attack. This however would be tested later on.
